Guys remember, for all break movements, even the simplest, strength and resistance exercises are necessary and especially a lot of stretching to avoid injuries and have flexibility, flexibility strength and resistance is the basis for learning any movement.

Kinda funny first easiest power move is the backspin which I could never do. I have had mill variations (tombstone, handcuffs, babies, magnets), multiple regular/shoulder/one handed halos, a shitty headspin, flares into a 90 and even like 2 or three airflares. Could never backspin properly lol. A famous bboy once called me backwards ass cause I got airflares before flares. I think the term fits me very well

Just a little correction to help you because I made this mistake often, "I thinked" doesn't exist, you should say "I thought"

Windmill isn't that hard...I First learned baby freeze and headstand, than already windmills. My favourite combo is going from windmill to headstand (or headspin which I learned actually).
