For anyone who wants to use one of the vect images but it’s premium. Just hold click and save it to photos and than upload to illustrator and go to object image trace make and expand the image than ungroup and save it as a png. U can than use it in indesign and other creative cloud applications.

@@Madbazz_dj It depends on what you're working with - Illustration or a Photo. You'd need Adobe Illustrator, and you'd need to do an image trace unless it's an illustration and you're handy with the pen tool and can redraw over the top yourself (i.e. manual tracing, which might give better results depending on the file type)
The brush stroke pattern approach doesn't work with 8 of 10 brush vectors I downloaded. InDesign just places the stroke as embedded EPS without a path.
Im using indesign 2.0 for years. recently i had to reinstall it and now i cant drag and drop pictures from desktop - its infuriating! i get a circle with a bar symbol and i dont know what to do to fix it. anyone have any ideas?

@@lyh_studio it was rather strange. i mean from the same ai file i took one of the brushes, copy and pasted it in InDesign and it was like an image (photo), i took one more simplified from the same ai file, i copied and pasted it in InDesign and it was vector. I couldn't figure it out.
Wow did get few cool ideas in a little time thanks, and you went in the fine detail like the different boxes selected ect. Loved the brush kne, definitely going to do that one!!
