I invited my friend Ingrid Nilsen over to make some "nice cream" or dairy free vegan ice cream with me! We made: Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream, Matcha Pistachio Nice Cream, and Dragon Fruit Nice Cream!
RECIPES:
1. PUMPKIN PIE NICE CREAM: 4 frozen bananas, 1 C canned pumpkin, 1/3 C maple syrup, 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2. MATCHA PISTACHIO NICE CREAM: 3 frozen bananas, 3 TBS coconut cream, 1 TBS matcha powder
3. DRAGON FRUIT NICE CREAM: 4 frozen bananas, 1 frozen Pitaya pack, 1 TBS agave nectar
