Made this two weeks ago, and just substituted monkfruit packets for the sugar, but still used a little honey - it was excellent! Making more tomorrow with some white jasmine rice and steamed vegetables - I can't wait!

The second dish you cooked is widely known as "İzmir Köfte" in Turkey and widely popular in restaurants which serve home made foods. It is a delicious and healthy meal. It also goes well with a green salad, yoghurt or ayran.
