I cooked the salmon dish last night. I devoured it so fast! It was so yummy. I also asked my father to taste both the salmon and the potatoes and he loved it! Made this two weeks ago, and just substituted monkfruit packets for the sugar, but still used a little honey - it was excellent! Making more tomorrow with some white jasmine rice and steamed vegetables - I can't wait!

The second dish you cooked is widely known as "İzmir Köfte" in Turkey and widely popular in restaurants which serve home made foods. It is a delicious and healthy meal. It also goes well with a green salad, yoghurt or ayran.
