Being mentally challenged it took me almost an hour to implement your method number one but I did it. I did this on an iPad 9 running iOS 17.5.1. It took running your video at .75 speed multiple times; then running it at .5 speed. it took forever ( actually about an hour), but boy, it feels good now that I’m able to combine images. Being new to iPad & iOS, your video instructions helped me learn a bit about the Apple ecosystem. Thanks for your most helpful solution.
Thanks for the great ideas which will help on future projects. For now, I need to edit multiple photos together properly the way stitch does, however, it has been removed from App Store. Have you some alternative methods to achieve this objective?

For the Shortcut app, after you're done with step one of making the "Select Photos" and he prompts you to do step 2, don't press back and press "+" like what you did in step one. Stay in the select photos section, look at the bottom of your screen and you'll see a search bar saying "Search for apps and actions" that's where you'll need to look for to continue. At 0:48 of the video, you'll see the search bar at the bottom of the phone screen as well for reference. I hope that helps.
Then how does this work when two photos are long vertical wise and the “Combo” option makes the photos weird when combined. One is smaller than the other and the other is bigger, like there is no option for sizing the photos
This was so difficult!!! Way too fast. I played, replayed, replayed so many times! After an hour I got it to work once but wasn't happy with the results. I needed it as a grid. I selected 8 times and they never came into my photo library!!!! :(
Soooo I still can’t combine the pics 🤦🏾♀️ did all these steps (first option) but how do I combine them???? I need to upload my resume, it’s in pages and no one uses that so I’m trying to combine the screen shots so the silly website will accept it 😩 this didn’t help me at all 😭
I can’t do the first one. For those of us with below-average intelligence, the first method is too difficult. I can’t believe the number of steps. All I want to do wack a country Le of photos together!!! Are we seriously expected to do that many steps just to combine photos?
