700g whole peppers
300g dry tagliatelle
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion or shallot
200 to 250 ml of soy cream
½ nori sheet
1 tsp dill
1 tsp tarragon
Salt and pepper
The zest of a lemon
Lemon slices
Optional: 1 tsp of pink peppercorns

100 g grated coconut
90 g coconut milk or cream (solid part)
50g agave syrup
55% pastry chocolate
Coconut oil

200g cooked chickpeas
2 round tomatoes (150g)
170g cucumber
10 g spring onion
Cilantro or parsley
Sauce: 1 tsp curry paste, 1 tsp cider vinegar and 2 tbsp oil of your choice

▶︎ Who am I? :
My name is Marion, I'm 28 years old. I have been vegan since 2014 and since that day, I have developed a passion for plant-based cuisine!
After a diploma in communication, I had at heart to orient myself towards a profession close to my values. For 2 years, with my partner, we renovated our house with the aim of creating a gîte with vegan tables d'hôtes, but when it opened we were no longer in phase with this project. In 2017, I then decided to transform this gîte into a studio and to launch myself on RU-vid with the aim of sharing with you vegan recipes and advice for starting out in veganism. In all honesty, I never imagined being able to make a living from it, but since 2019 content creation has become my job and I continue to enjoy creating and exchanging with my community.
In 2021, I am releasing my first book published by Solar editions "30 days to become vegan" which is a guide to learning how to vegetate your diet and adopt this way of life in the long term.
On this channel, I have at heart to offer a gourmet and friendly vegetable cuisine, far from the clichés that we could have on this mode of food. In order to make veganism accessible to as many people as possible, I think, more and more, of creating everyday recipes that are easy and economical.
