I found two techniques that work well for me. 1 is for close chips (apx 15 yards and closer to the pin or from fringe) 2 is for up to 100 yard pitch shots( 9 iron is 100, 56 is apx 20 yards). 1 is a tilt no hinge, and 2 is a right arm release. So simple, i can execute 9 out of 10 times within a few feet from the pin on 1 and within say 20 ft with 2 from 100 out.
I attended a PGA Hope course and the PGA professional worked with me on my chipping specifically the no hinge method. It has improved my pitching and chipping greatly. After watching you do the “hinge non hinge” method and I’m going to see how that works for me, next time I’m on the range. I watch your videos every night before I go to sleep. Thanks for all your great lesson, I gave up watching any other you tubers and strictly watch yours 🏌🏽♂️.
