The most important thing I've learned from your videos is that there is nothing wrong with me for wanting to use a ton of garlic in any dish that has garlic. 🙂
Why to limit yourself to only dishes that already have garlic in? Experimen! Quite a few dishes I see on the internet do not mention one but my family uses garlic for them too. Give it a go! Garlic lover too.
They all look so delicious, but I think the scalloped potato might be my favorite 😋 (I love how much garlic you use in your recipes. I think we are garlic soulmates 🧄🤍😁)
sarahhhhhhh all of these look soooooooo good. i'm brazilian so i've never had any of these: stuffing is similar to our farofa - we do have stuffed chicken at christmas, but it's a little different, and we usually make it quite different to the stuff we eat outside the bird lol. really excited to get inspired by your recipe this year :) and the green bean casserole looks AMAZING?? never had anything like it but i love green beans AND mushrooms! def will be making that at some point just to try! thanks for so many great ideas
I made the scalloped potatoes yesterday for my family and omg. They are truly the best thing ever. I will make them like this for the rest of my natural born life. My brother wanted to take the leftover potatoes home this morning and I told him no way 😂 sorry buddy, they are mine!!! ❤
Such a good idea to just go ahead and make cashew cream for those casserole dishes. I'm usually trying to decide which of the store bought options taste good/neutral enough and will be stable through cooking. At holidays that's complicated by a coconut averse family member. I love stuffing/dressing too - in fact I always buy a couple boxes of Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing bread cubes this time of year when they are on sale everywhere so I can have quick and easy stuffing anytime! I love the idea of adding the Just Egg! Definitely trying that.
10:37 looks like there are some green potatoes aren’t you worried about that? Maybe it’s my phone or tv. But it’s not the first time I seen people cutting up green potatoes

Recommendation to add as a vegan side: Collard greens where you add the smokiness with some chiplotles in adobo instead of smoked meats. They are absolutely delicious and a hit with no vegans too.

Looks great, but I definitely would add multiple different mushrooms… just our favorite in the season and it’s so earthy and seasons the stuffing beautifully! Also adds volume- as stuffing goes very fast 😊
They looked all amazing, even though i never had a thanks giving diner in my life. Since we don’t celebrete it in Germany. I can imagine how the green bean dish taste. I ate potatos like this before. But stuffing i allways was curiose about it.

Thank you! I haven't gotten my knives sharped in a while but you can bring them into a store like Sur La Table and they'll do it. Or sometimes there are stands at farmer's markets offering knife sharpening!
