We usually apply nailpaint on left hand and people mostly eat from right hand so there's no such harm and still if anyone don't wanna apply it then don't apply it for 100 years but let people do what they want!
I dont do any of it. For me comfort is luxury 😅 therefore I dont do anything which my body doesnt naturally accept. And the body when in tune with nature, which actually is, when you listen to your body, you can never go wrong. 😊

❤Here as well...You will not see lipstick, nailpaint, creams, high heal sandles, in my wardrobe.Following since childhood ..Me along with my mom. Also we never felt like something needs to be done to the face or body...till today. Also i feel more comfortable to do work meetings without makeover....minimalism at its best.

Else in some case 1)2 to 3 drop of ghee or homemade coconut oil massage till the skin absorbs thats only night routine in winters every day. 2)Once in a month heavy oil massage by leaving it for hours followed by hot bath.(optional)

We cannot run away from those things. Few things we can do is... 1)Eating good food without harming spieces. 2)Cleaning body from top to bottom. 3)cleaning the guts regularly. 4)Very Topmost Doing Bhakti,Japa,expressing gratitude towards God.,that will help also protect you even after DEATH. 5)Positive thoughts, Taking care of inner soul can benefit you even after you die. I am so glad to say that I've already been practicing the tips that you talked about in this video . I use backpacks and flats ( since I have toddlers to run after them 😊) and I'd left using nail paints when I got pregnant for the first time in 2016 since then I didn't use it for fingernails but I sometimes I do it on my toes.
Rub in a drop or two of coconut or olive oil on your nails at night thrice weekly ands your nails will not get dry. They will be healthy , shiny pink and strong .

I'm too, never used nail polish, and never used lipsticks and other cosmetics. I'm short and used like high heels, but it wasn't comfortable, so i dont use it anymore
Same here.. I never wear heels. Instead I prefer sneakers. Also I don’t like nail paints. In that case.. I’ve no make up products at home. No eye liner, mascara, lipstick.. no nothing. Only thing I need to change is my hand bag. I’ve a cross body bag.. that I’ll change soon. I feel so proud after watching your video. Thanks for the video.

Ok but I can't control my obsession for nail paint seriously 😂 ichange my nail paint everyday according to my dress but I neither wore heels nor carry purse cus I'm student tho
That's true with me as well. no long nails, no fake nails, no nailart or nailpaints I had used. Neither I have been comfortable on heels and love to carry back packs or in certain times sling bags. 😊
Heels aur oversize bag ka sahi bt nail paint ko skip nhi kar sakti main ek hi to life mili hai up pe bhi achhe style se na rhe waise bhi is tension bhari life me jyda jee kar bhi kya karna hai isliye jo hai jaisa hai achhe se jiyo.
