For oils, i think one should prefer oil which local to their region, like north use mustard because it is grown there so it is easily available and we have taste as per it and food also, south use coconut oil and west using groundnut oil, i am not sure about north east but they would prefer as per there availability. We dont have to copy everything what is shown or told.
True, mustard oil is heating in nature so good for colder climate like North Indian South Indians should use coconut oil or groundnut which is cooling in nature for the hot climate here
Apart from Assam other north eastern states do not use a lot of oil in their foods.. most of their food is oil free.. I am from Assam here mustard oil is more prevalent
Your suggestions are more of fearfulness in nature. In the real world, people are dealing with different situations and they have different priorities. Mother nature created us with survival instincts & strength and we do not need to be too anxious about every small thing. It's important to be careful not fearful.
Absolutely right ......😂😂😂😂she and her diet plans just created anxiousness in me when I followed her diet 3 months ago.......I was a healthy person with a little weight gain.........after watching her videos 4-5 months ago.....i absolutely stopped taking sugar for 3 months...... followed her diet .....did extensive workouts and also cut out my meals listening to her .....trust me I had started experiencing so many health issues like body pain nerve pain also it caused me so much anxiety that even I take a tinge of sugar in my diet I would think that I will get diabetic .......it was so much worse ..... when my mum saw me after a long time she kept asking me that are you having some illness or health issues........it was so hard to convince her she was worrying so much but when I stopped her diet plans iam getting back to good health...... Moral of the Story:- Don't follow her blindly she is not right ...... although she is not wrong all the time......but she is not right too.........what does she even know about authentic Indian diet........living in US and lecturing us on food........... nonsense 😂😂😂😂😂
also even if it says kachi ghani oil, still look for ingredients... I have seen one company writing kachi ghani on the front while ingredients had TBHQ listed....which is a bad ingredient to have in the oil...

My mom and grandparents used refined oil, spices and grains in their food.....Guess what they never had health issues. My mom still has 100% no health issues...I wonder who is right here. hmmmm
Yes that's true, even my grandparents use to eat home made dahi ghee dalchawal ,roti, and they still stand with no health issues like diabetes, blood pressure etc😊

First and third I understand but the refined oil one is real deal. For people with busy lives, substituting refined oil with coldpressed oils or whole fats will definitely show difference. Our grandparents generation is starkly different than ours
pls post ur valuable gyaan after knowing the health conditions of every kind of people. u must tell , who cannot tolerate pls dnt use this. my son cannot tolerate coriander leaf or seed. he having non stop seizure with this. we did 4 yrs total raw diet with sooo many mono meals and fasting. we did consult with hood dietitian n do proper way of transitions from cook to raw n then did raw diet. and its ended with massive seizure of my son and gut totally destroy. pls pls dnt listen to those little learners about raw diet
Amount of spice depends on the geographical area u reside and food cuisine u eat , particular types of spices are used to improve immunity and easy digestion. For example kasmiri chilli , which is suitable for cold climate.

We have oil extraction machine at home...u can definitely invest in it so that u can extract oil at home using mustard, groundnut, coconut etc...healthy and trustworthy oil
@@Om1qq bro still those things can be changed in editing. Raw video and edited video is completely different. They used lights which enhance their look and even by color grading in video. My skin has some pimples due to hormonal changes in adolescence, but even if I just make my video, I don't see them because the camera automatically removes that by software. Just think what their professional camera would do
