Grandma, Kalamansi, and Fatima cooked up a batch of spicy spaghetti that was absolutely delicious. The tiny fish patties? According to the ladies and the kids them patties were tasty as well. I elected to focus solely on the spaghetti so I can't comment on the fish.

For the life of me I can't figure out how Mark is able to live this provincial life, with everyone yacking in Filipino and he ha no clue. The kids are wonderful, but his relationship on camera with Fatima, is like a brother and sister and she seems to be a poor match for a guy who is handsome and could find himself a fine lady, who could actually converse with him at or close to his intellectual level. Just an opinion and every A-hole has one.

Those small fish remind me of childhood memories of Maine. In Maine people put small ice fishing shacks on the river during the winter and fish through a hole in the ice. The ice fishing shack usually has a wood or oil stove for heat. At a certain time there are small fish called smelts that migrate. You can just scoop the smelts out of the water through a hole in the ice when they are migrating. Smelts look very similar to the fish your ladies are cooking and they taste great fried up with a little breading in a frying pan.

I finally convinced my Wife that tiny fish are called guppies. So now she tells she's cooking guppies or she bought guppies to eat. 😅

Hey mark , lightly flour those little fish with some spice of choice and deep fry them just like French fries , once done shake a little white vinegar and salt on them ! Better than French fries lad !! Just a treat we have in Canada in the spring , we net them in the creeks at certain times !! Anyway, try it !
