I used to hit with the Canadian forehand. Man did it suck. It’s such a slow inefficient swing that made me hit late on any return that was moderately paced. After transitioning to a short take back and playing a proper modern forehand (thanks to your videos) I now hit so clean with good topspin and pace on all shots, no matter the speed of the opponent’s return.

Just some constructive criticism, looks like the link between upper and lower body could use a little bit of work too; balance is off because of his legs and foot position. He's pretty dominant on that left leg
