In the previous year, I tried three different well-known hair growth serums. The one that performed the most effectively for me and gave me actual result is littlleexttrra reactivate hair growth serum. In just 4 months, it had a notable difference. I started noticing baby hairs after 12 weeks, and by the 16th week, they were distinctly visible and started to cover the bald spots on my scalp.
I've tried a serum from wishcare before, but it wasn't effective but this reactiivvate serum for hair growth is working for me, and I can actually see my hair growing back.
Very true... but dont do it with a tight ponytail in your hair trying to be cute, because those edges will not be cute. (Speaking from experience) My body is looking ah-mazing, but now I have to work on my edges. My recommendation: work on maintaining/building healthy body, skin, and hair at the same time.
I'm going to try Hair Free! I heard it's good! I bought an oil that supposed to stop hair growth but the smells so strong I only used it twice! I'm hoping Hair Free will work!
Thank you so much for your comment. I took vitamins everyday when I was younger. As I got older & more stressed they were replaced with pain meds & my hair & nails suffered. I'm back to my roots.
I still take my prenatal vitamins 2 to 3 times a week , along with eating as healthy as possible and drinking ALOT of water! Those prenatals got all those vitamins you need the most plus more ! My hair and nails grow like weeds!
I really honor and appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I am a cosmetologist of 35 plus years! I consider myself a Hair Care Specialist rather than a Stylist. I've researched, tested remedies on myself, then share results with my Queen Clients. So far, everything I've done has been verified by your videos! I've also learned alot about making sure my carrier oils are sufficient as well from you. Can you do a segment on how lace fronts secured by 'hair glue' is affecting the follicles, tight braids and people who choose to shampoo infrequently simply because they are wearing braids and sew in weaves. I shampoo my Queen Clients crochet, braids, sew in weaves every 2 to 3 weeks. They experience no breakage, and healthy hair. Thanks again for your brilliance!
ABSOLUTELY correct as soon as I had a blood panel and found out I was iron b 12 and d deficient I’ve been on my vitamin game (non synthetic vitamins) My hair growth is through the roof
Mine own hair growth journey of success, I adhered to this daily regimen: Take morning sunshine every day for essential vitamin D. Eat veggies of different colours. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free hair shampoo and massaging twice a week with hair oil from litttleextra's cocooonion oil. Important to remember that hair growth is affected by general health as well as circulation and nutrition.
About a month ago, I started using Rosemary, Tea Tree, and Pumpkin Seed Oil as a pre-shampoo/pre-detangling step, and also using them for scalp massages (blood flow), and I've seen so much length retention because of it. I'm so happy!!
All of this is so true. I have been anemic and low in vitamin D since I was 11 and couldn’t get my levels up no matter what I did was still deficient until this year (I’m 28 now). I finally figured out how to get my iron and vitamin d levels up and cut out certain food items out of my life. After doing this, I started taking 50000mcg vitamin D and liquid iron and now I notice I have more energy, and my hair is growing thick again. I cut it down to half an inch in August and now it’s at almost 4 inches.
@@Primrose269Hi, I take liquid Geritol with Vitamin C. Also take your supplements like Vitamin D etc. I used to be anemic and my hair started falling out, now my hair is flourishing.
That's really all it is. Hair is always growing, unless there is an underlining medical issue. You just have to learn how to handle your hair correctly. Even shampooing is something to learn correctly because you could tangle your hair up and cause so much breakage.
@ageofaquarius13not rice water. It can make hair brittle by adding too much protein. Just had a client that did this and that hair was breaking off left and right. Just stick to the basics with a good shampoo and conditioner followed by leave in conditioner and then sealed with oil. Also stop combing through the ends so hard. Pretend it’s a brand new baby and be patient. Let the product detangle it for you.
Thank you so much for info I just found out about 6 mons ago that I'm severely anemia. I'm taking B12, vitamin D, and folic acid now. I'm starting to see results. I wish I would have known this sooner. Dermatologist aren't looking at blood levels. They're pushing injections and topical remedies. Thank you again. You are providing vital info.
Do a hair analysis test, it will reveal all ur mineral balances and imbalances. Excess and deficits, so u can take the right vitamins based on ur very own unique needs. 👍🏽 This is key to Hair health and skin health
Dermatologists do not look at blood because that is not their specialty.... they're skin doctors. If your skin & nails are brittle, you have jaundice, that would've indicated to them that something's wrong internally/deficiency. They'd send you to your doctor to get vitals done. Your PCP/Internist/NP check blood when you go for your physical, which is why it's important to stay consistent with your check ups. The blood experts in medicine are hematologists....they'll peep if there are any abnormalities in your blood - red blood count (RBC), white blood count (wbc), plasma, iron, vitamin deficiencies, any cancer forming, etc
My hair is growing SUPER FAST that everyone notices even stylist. I take prenatal vitamins 4 days a week, arginine, NAC, I have green tee and coffee and I drink peppermint and cinnamon daily and I use pepper mint grease and tea tree on scalp and get protein mask on here monthly or use rice water several times a month on hair. I get a scalp treatment every other month.
ALWAYS dilute your essential oils like peppermint, lavender etc. In a carrier like coconut, olive,. Etc. These oils are super potent and can cause burns, sun sensitivity (citrus oils) or irritation.
I was extremely low in Vit D and even then, my hair growth exploded when I went natural, so I’m excited to see what happens now that I’ve been put on a supplement!
I’m a DHT babe, so I use rosemary and pumpkin seed together. Absolute game changer. I won’t lie, I also drink plenty of water, maybe 90% of the time. My body has gotten used to it. I’ve noticed a huge difference in the health of my hair since.
I've had low iron since I was a small child which is why I crave tapioca starch. I started taking liquid iron a while back but I didn't notice any difference in my hair at all. But, I was less cold. I always get cold anyway by the smallest wind that blows. I do eat a lot of raw veggies. I luv raw veggies.
Sorry if it's too personal a question but, are you maybe anaemic? I don't mean just having low iron, but having something called sickle cell anaemia. You mentioned being cold a lot even with a slight wind, and that is a symptom _(that I've witnessed in one of my closest friends)_ closely linked to sickle-cell anaemia.
You are probably anemic which is condition that is very common amongst black women. Try to add to your diet fruit and veggies high in iron silica and zinc : cabbage , spinach, Moringa, black molasses, horsetail , beetroot … You can also take supplement to restore your iron level from time to time . Seek medical advice for that. And if you drink black, tea, green tea , earl grey , darjeeling tea , Ceylon tea you need to reduce the consumption and favor herbal tea like horsetail, hibiscus, Moringa ….
Pumpkin seed oil made my scalp very, very sensitive (tender) to touch. After 3 days, I had to wash it out and say goodbye FOREVER. Organic rose 🌹 water was my alternative. It softens. I have hair health and hair growth - minus the scalp irritation.
OMG THANK YOU VERY MUCH BEAUTIFUL. SIS I HAVE BEEN USING ALL THOSE INGREDIENTS FOR MY HAIR ITS. MY HAIR IS 18 INCHES LONGER GOAL TAILBONE HAIR. I USE SUAVE PRODUCTS AND MAIN AND TAIL PRODUCTS MAKE MY OWN HAIR SERUMS FROM LEFTOVER FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. Have a GREAT DAY LIFE. WE ARE ALL WORTHY OF LONG HEALTHY HAIR AND A ABUNDANT LIFESTYLE KNOW YOUR WORTH.
Sunlight, water intake, diet realky effect my hair so all these things in appropriate balance makes my hair flourish! Also hormones is key. Uncontrolled Thyroid, low estrogen, and other hormone imbalance really effects the hair.
Thank you for saying this! I am nursing and began seeing the effects of low estrogen since levels drop about 90% as I understand it, until you wean. Now taking Maca Root!
As your video just came up....I'm sitting here in mirror looking at how short my hair has gotten. I am extremely deficient in iron, and I just started b12, but it's just miraculous of the timing of this video. My hair used to be thick and long....now it barely comes to my shoulders. My doctor prescribed me iron pills. I hope they help! 😐
I have a caffeine active from The Ordinary that doesn't seem to reduce the eye swelling at all. I would be willing to rub it into my scalp instead to see if it stimulates my follicles. I noticed that my eyebrows have gotten thicker since I've been using it and I wondered what caused that. I use a couple of different actives, so I just wasn't sure, but I really do think now it was the caffeine.
Yes blood flow --when I went bungee jumping after my hair grew rapidly also after I did alot of rolling down hills head stands--trampoline jumping and away from tech communities and make sure males are not attached to you
Thank you very much!!🥰 I’m an anemic in the worst way and my hair use to grow in abundance now it’s slow but I have vitamin D3 and iron pills so that should help❤
So am I. I’ve taken all kinds of vitamins and NOTHING helped. I bought Health By Habit Multi-Vitamins for women (Pink & White bottle) at Walmart and I feel so much better. Also, I can tell a difference when I don’t take them. Hope this helps ❤
Yupperaroonie!! Taking 2,000IU and an Ferrous Sulfate (iron pill) per my own labs. Along with discipline and persistence. Thank you for affirmation that I’m on the right track.
I couldn’t figure out why I had male pattern baldness after having thick hair my entire life. Once I realized I was anemic and low on B12 things changed for me.
Wow.. thank you beautiful sis.. For sharing powerful information.. Yes all that you had listed.. I use.... i hope to see you more blessing to your beautiful family Nov 6 2022
I think a lot of people are aware of the herbs that promote hair growth/blood flow, but a lot of people are losing their hair after using these herbs because they don’t know HOW to use them. A lot of people are leaving the herb oils on their scalp and not washing it out. Not realizing that they are suffocating the hair follicles with all the oil and killing their scalp’s microbiome. They have to shampoo those oils out after using it. That’s part of the reason why a lot of naturals have bald spots
Hi Queen I've discovered an excellent DHT inhibitor! I drink a tea made with 1 dropper of Saw Palmetto, 1 tspn of Pumpkin seed oil, honey to taste, green tea, hot water! Guess what? The darn thing works! Be consistent check your scalp in 30, 60, 90 days to see results.
You're so beautiful! I love to also use those silicone spikes to stimulate the follicles and that worked better than any and all oils I do (I try it all)(mostly all)
I've been having a VERY HARD time with my hair for the past almost two years. Stress is number one. I believe it manifested itself in my hair bc it's been very matted whenever I wash my hair. even when I detangle before I wash, it still knots up badly afterwards. 2) I have alopecia areata. 🤦🏾♀️. I don't know what to do
Love the hair...may I ask what hair you used? Thank you for the info... I have tried 🥕 oil and It wasn't bad, I don't think I have ever tried pumpkin seed oil.
