@@muscleprogram which one do you fee hits the upper lats the most out of these machines? I'm guessing the first or last one? Also in comparision to cable rows, do you feel that cable rows are more difficult at the streched position or the machine is more difficult in the streched position?
They're all great machines and hit different angles of your back. I can't say one is better than the other but if I had to choose just one, I'd probably take the regular row
