Thanks for this review. I just took a scoop and am heading out for leg day, which sucks but oh well. I'm glad to hear I won't be methed out. Sometimes I look forward to the big caffein kick and beta alanine roasting my face off, but not if I have real life adult stuff to do after the gym.

Hey, I'm trying to lose about 10 lbs while toning up, and I do at least 45 minutes of weights 4x a week, and at least 15 minutes of cardio after that each time. Do you think this would help me? Also, since the holidays are coming up, would you recommend me taking it through the holidays or after December (I would keep my activity levels the same but my diet might fluctuate because of holiday events)?
I recommend only taking a supplement like this when you're on a serious program and going to stick with it. Otherwise it will be difficult to get the full effect of the product. In this case, it's best to wait till after the holidays
They just had these on special for $64.90 for three weeks supply, I never tried this stuff for the reasons you mention, too expensive (about $130-160 in Australia and that price is very hard to justify for three weeks worth of tablets, I can buy real steroids for cheaper) At 64.90 I ordered two packs, got two for less than the price of one, thinking of buying one more before the special ends. Will probably start using it middle of August at this stage, as I want to get my training and diet dialled in before I try these to maximise my gains per $$. I think it is a four week supply as you are supposed to take a week off, I might follow their advice on that, I know they are not real steroids, but it might somehow work better that way. They also have a new one called TNT which is even more expensive, however if this stuff works I might finish it with a pack of TNT. Considering this at the moment, Test 3 weeks one week off, test three weeks one week off, TNT three weeks one week off and then Test for another three weeks. Then I am broke. 🤣🤣 By the way I take Pac Every morning and PM Every Night as foundational supplements sometimes I buy bulk Creatine as it's cheap as chips, I don't do any other supplements or protein powders other than food.
I think front raises are more effective at Least for me. Front raises 4x50 20 pound pig iron. When I do presses Which is usually 135-5×20 I never feel it in Shoulders But it over developes my triceps.
If your goal is to get bigger, you need to do more weight training. This supplement isn't going to help you gain size if you're not weight training. Stick with Muay Thai, but trade body weight exercises for the weights.
This isnt German Volume Training, bro. Its one exercise for 10x10 per bodypart. This is over working your rotator cuff, and will only cause injury in the long run.
I should have clarified that it's somewhat of an iteration but really it's just 10 sets of 10 reps. I've never had any injuries doing this (47 years old now). I attribute that to the volume vs training with all our intensity and heavy weights (which is great as well). Most everything works but I've learned it's good to cycle training methods

Thank you. I experimented a little by taking it early mornings before the gym, which is often a very light meal, and other times at dinner. I never really noticed any differences with the timing

That's awesome. I recently switched to Optimum Nutrition's EAA supplement. It has a little caffeine and green tea/coffee extracts. That's also replaced my pre-workout.
I think the reason for the "not full month" is how they do things. Every does is separately packaged, so every cycle is separately canned. Each can is 1 cycle, then you're supposed to cycle off, then back on again.
