Thank you Jarmila. It's funny but I think I worked up more of a sweat with this short 15 minute class than in some of my 45 minute classes. I really like this mid-day boost short class don't you? Since exercise is cumulative, you don't have to work out for a full 45 or 60 minutes consecutively to get the benefits. I like to this type of video maybe 3 or 4 times during day - start my day with 15 minutes, maybe do another 15 minutes at lunch and then before dinner and bam I have 45 minutes of exercise for the day and it fit right into my day without taking out a big chunk.

I agree with you Lauren. Maybe 3x fifteen minutes of exercise is better than 45 minutes at once. When I look at my grandchildren, I see that they are in constant motion. Children find a moment to run around and are the best reason to play with them. And move.

Thanks for your comment friend. We always recommend that our participants try each class a few times to really get the feel for them and you will hopefully find they become easier with repetition!!

I feel like this is too fast for me. I can’t keep up. They look like good exercises but it’s going too fast
