Glad I came to class today. I have been having tightness in my belly, and I wasn’t sure if I would join today, but I am feeling better and more encouraged!
Polly, this is Joy. As I told you at the Lakeway Library, I love the combination of exercising brain and body at the same time! It has really pointed out to me that I need both! Thanks for mentioning RU-vid to Don--we have now subscribed! Thanks so much, and we love everything you do!
Hey Polly and everyone at PfP - A thoroughly enjoyable workout today - got my heart rate up and I especially enjoyed the variety of the exercises too..... feeling very energised now. I initially sat for the start of class as I was struggling with my mobility….. I think I had eaten too much protein around taking my meds (that’ll teach me), but then towards the end of class, I had really loosened up and was able to stand without issue, so continued standing for the remainder - just goes to show how much your workouts help and how important it is move around and try and stay as active as you can 😊 I loved the arm swing exercises with the down, bend, up element - I really had to focus when doing these, but I did manage to do them after a few goes, yay. It was also nice to see the bingo and penguin routine again - especially as I’ve been told I do occasionally walk a bit like a penguin when I’m out and about haha Missed seeing Cooper today so please give him a big hug from me and hope you all have a great weekend/week. Thank you Polly, Amanda
Thanks, Polly! That was a great class. Lots of moves I liked, like the Tire Drill, the step-touch move while pushing the ball forward for 7 that ends in a ball toss, bringing the ball around the torso twice then squatting and standing while bringing arms up overhead followed by a tricep press, etc. You said "Here comes the fun," and you were right!
Just what I needed today!! My biggest problems is gait and not feeling like a windup toy soldier. Spinal stenosis is more the issue now than PD so not so much shuffling as stiffness. So grateful for all sessions!! Thanks so much ❤️👍👍
Hi Polly. Great session. Love the Bingo and penguin bit. The arm sings and the down-up bend-straighten exercise was tricky but I am sure it is good for the brain. Many thanks as usual. Paula and Jon
29:18 loved it as always. Tqsm. Love the music and the routine was challenging but I had a nice sense of accomplishment after I was done. So need that. 😍 I’m from Malaysia.
Thanx Polly. Very good cognitive session. Excellent compliment to gym work out where focus is on other faculties. Actually harder than one would expect. But beneficial. Would like more standing exercises. Two minutes near the end were a bit of a tease, at least for me. Also you showed us kangaroos and penguins. Where was Cooper today? Summer vacation?Alas!
Thank you so much Spencer - did you try some of the exercises? I forgot about that exercise with the ball overhead making circles.....I am going to that one again soon. It was fun!
Challenging exercises. Need to do again. Thank you

The patterning and coordination exercises have helped me to think clearly again I have been completing the brain and body classes every day and am so thankful for my improvement It is well worth the effort Thank you Polly I felt at home when you included the step over kangaroo Greetings from Marilynne in Australia
Hello Polly, today's class was fantastic n I enjoyed every bit of it.I hv pained knees so i avoid doing leg exercises, rest I do with great interest.Never miss ur class a single day.doing daily n feeling energetic.Thank u for ur sweet smile.
I enjoyed the class this morning. I found it to be well-paced with a variety of good patterns. I like the reminders to keep good posture! Thanks, again. Linda in San Diego
Hi friend thank you so much for your comment and for sharing. We encourage you to try to repeat the same class a few times to see how you go with the cognitive challenges.
Hello Polly, once again you were my company on a sleepless night. I finally managed to take a full class. I have been getting worse very quickly. Generalized pain keeps me away from physical exercise more and more and I enter a vicious cycle. I'm going to try to be stronger and take more classes, I don't want my body to deform so quickly!!! I can't give up now and PFP can help me! Let's go!!! Thanks Polly! Thank you PFP 🌷 Big hug
I am from a small rural community in Louisiana called Social Springs. I do one of your videos at least 3 times a week . I stuggle getting the patterns down at times but they are enjoyable, beneficial and challenging.
