OH WOW!! YES PLEASE!! That first property is absolutely awesome - huge, great layout, perfect to move into straight away with not one thing to do but enjoy. Considering this, it's great value for money for sure. My idea of Heaven. I have friends in Sardinia ! A synth band called Confrontational. Very cool 😎 I’d love to visit there. Also there’s ancient tombs with bones of giants in Sardinia & unique cultural traditions due to their isolation as an island.

What great properties this week! The prices are fabo! And what a gem of a little village! Love the musical accompaniment, Biagio! Do I see a “name that tune” in our future? 😂 Keep it up y’all! I’ll be sure to let you know if we find our Italian home on this Italy trip … we’re looking in hilltop towns/villages in Umbria and Tuscany. Can’t wait! We’ll be in country for 16 days! We’re looking for something in the centro storico/old town (walking distance to our local cafes, shops and restaurants), 2 bd/2 ba, with old Italian features, some outside space, but not many plants to take care of … that doesn’t need major renovation work (I can handle a new kitchen, paint, and a bathroom update, but not much more). Oh, and of course, AC is a must, which we expect we’ll have to add. So, we’re probably looking for a lot of the same things as you have on your checklist. We plan to fix it up and then rent it out over the next 3-4 years until we’re ready for retirement. That’s the current plan/dream, anyway!! Fingers crossed!

Awesome finds! Love them all. Boston was quite appropriate! Nice touch! Fab place that Sardinia! Recently saw a clip on the town of Capalbio Italy and googled real estate there. So many incredibly great small villages in Italy. Just amazing. Thanks for more great finds!

The bedrooms are huge, but no wardrobes. 😢 I'd put a mini-kitchen in on the top floor with access to the terrace & that top floor could almost be a studio apt. You'd just need a bathroom added, but there's plenty of space!!! You get 90 minute massages!!!! I try to! Lol!

Have to admit, really looking forward to hitting a lot of markets during our next trip, some of the finds are 😍 Great ideas for that giant top floor - a bathroom addition would be perfect! I liked the decor of that last one but it's just to big for anyone but a large family. I really did like the first one, and it's the perfect size if I were moving to Italy. Living in Sardinia would be a stretch, though. The ferry to the mainland would be a bit much, but of course you can take your car. I understand that if you are not a citizen or permanent resident, you cannot buy a car. However, you can form an LLC or Italian equivalent and buy one through it. The LLC can not make any income but can hold assets such as a car. Can you explain that 7% flat tax thing? Is that income tax on money you make in Italy, or if you come over with a big pile of luca, will they tax you on that? You are actually good on the guitar. 😊😊 Ciao

Hi Werner! It is quite large, you're right. Sure, here is some 7% flat tax info... 7% Flat Tax Regions... The 7% flat tax is a program for foreigners and it lasts for nine tax years in total. Taxes vary throughout Italy, and that's why the 7% flat tax regions are so attractive. Here is some additional information from a website we reference often (link to website below): "Folks can benefit from the tax break whether they're a foreign national or an Italian citizen living abroad. The 7% tax rate does not apply only to pension income. If you meet the requirements, you can take advantage of a flat rate personal income tax of 7% on all your foreign earnings of any nature." Those regions are: •Sicily •Calabria •Sardinia •Campania •Basilicata •Abruzzo •Molise •Puglia In addition, some towns in Lazio, Marche and Umbria can also qualify. Love your videos you have consistently picking great properties, just wanted to say nicely those are not parquet floors, hardwood maybe.? But parquet are usual 12 Sq tiles of wood made up of 1 "1/2- 2" pieces set in a geometric pattern, which the pcs go multiple directions. Don't mean to be mean lol just pointing out the obvious.
