i will admit this is my first time studying without any distractions i still cheated on went on my phone for a few minutes but I feel like it is a great start and I will definitely continue to watch these while I do my work from now on. thank you so much for this !!
I can’t focus at all but idk if I have adhd cuz ive never been diagnosed with but my little brother has adhd and there also thinking he has ocd but they can’t certainly tell yet so there waiting till he gets a bit older to see if it develops. I try to help my brother with his homework but it’s almost impossible for both of us cuz one I have trouble concentrating on helping and he just can’t focus at all and my mom isn’t a very patient person.
Usually, I have a hard time studying cuz I get distracted very easily and I panic that I will be not able to remember anything I learned but ur videos are so easy to focus on and it makes me calm, relaxed to hear the birds chirping and u typing and recently I've been getting good grades so... i suggest you change the set up from time to time. I mean i love this one don't get me wrong but if you could make a change by putting the camera in front of you where we can see you fully and not only your arms or even at the side as if we were studying next to you. I have nothing against this setting. I always study along with your videos and i really enjoy them but I thought changing a bit would be nice.

Your videos bring me such peace that I've completely changed my study set up (didn't think studying in front of a window would be so relaxing!) and even bought a new desk to keep me inspired hahaha. Just by seeing you study I learnt a lot about how important setting, organization and finding enjoyable your small study space can be for motivation :)
I'm also working on my master's thesis, and I find the 30-5 technique is the best while doing practical work, while it's the 50-10 technique that helps me better when I want to just write.
