exploration is a personal thing in search of your purpose and your soul it is like saying no need to live it has already been done by billions it is a quest of one self

Alright Confucius wanting to explore the world and universe is different than singing kumbaya and jerking of. That wasnt intelligent or edgy like you wanted it to be.

Whenever I hear a scientist say something like: people often think of the snowball Earth as a comic, but the real Earth is more complicated. It is so insulting and condescending. People who are not interested in science, don't think of the snowball Earth at all. Those who are students of science, certainly don't find anything about snowball Earth funny. I would like to challenge that there was no life going on during that time as there could have been extremophiles living near the underwater ocean vents.
@dameont.canary4308
@dameont.canary4308 20 дней назад
Wow nickinurse6433- I'll give you that yes, extremophiles did live during this period. I would think that aquaphiles did also. Possibly even thrived like they have without the suns warmth. Look at Ice Ages closer to our time now. If there is a will to live then it will be found to do so.

A small, call it 5 to 8 meter creature that lived in shallow waters. Less than 20 meters. Would live and die in those depths. There would be no bones if it dies without being eaten. IF the bones dropped to the deeps, there would have been colonies of botyom feeders that consumed those bone entirely.

botyom is not a word.

Depends on if something traps it and preserves it soon enough in that process. The fossil is rarely actual bone and more the space/pattern/imprint left by bone structures in rock that formed around the bone over a very long time.

Why are we always asking how Earth got its water? But we don't ask how did Pluto get its water, or how did EO get its water or how did Europa get its water. Why could the Earth not have gotten its water in the same way every other planet with water got it's water. It seems like water is common in the universe. We should be asking how did Earth get oxygen. Once we have oxygen hydrogen is plentiful and forms water

Are we surprised that Tyson had a hand in upsetting the naming Apple cart? "Clearing its own path" is so terribly arbitrary - the Earth is bombarded by tons of meteorites and space dust annually. Don't tell me, let me guess, Tyson is the one who arbitrarily decides how "clear" the path is before it is called "clear" .......

Better come to the understanding that humans cannot live on other planets for any length of time without coming apart. We are tuned to the frequency of earth. The quicker you understand that the faster we begin respecting this planet because there is nowhere to escape to.

Aren't we between Ice Ages? And isn't Global Warming the natural cause of previous Ice Ages? Due to the Earth's wobble and it's path around the Sun? Hasn't this happened many times before?

Yes. Yes. Yes. Nothing to do with human CO2 emissions. Humans only emit 2.34% and nature emits 97.66% of all atmosphere CO2. What do they have planned to stop natural emissions? Water vapor is 86-92% of greenhouse gasses.
@missmarasmenstrualmuffmunc2085

@@JeffreyPar-pr2zw source material? How come you have an exact amount down to the hundredth of a percent for what our supposed emissions are compared to naturally occurring, which seems like a very complicated thing to come up with considering the many sources both natural and man-made? Bu you don't have an exact amount for the figure that any college student with access to a lab could come up with? The composition of the air?😂 do tell where this info came from, this smells like my bathroom after I ate whitecastle😂😂😂
