Ingredients
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups cookie butter spread
10 Biscoff® cookies, crushed
Directions
1.Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, takes about 1 to 1 1/2 min.
2. Mix in 1 1/2 cup cookie butter spread into the white chocolate chips.
3. Chill first at room temperature for about 1 to 2hrs then chill in the fridge until harden. Total time 3 to 5hrs.
4. Crush 10 Biscoff® cookies
5. Roll out 2 tsp sized cookie butter mixture into a ball and roll into the crushed cookies. (If mixture starts to soften put it back into the fridge).
6. Served chill, enjoy!
