It's time for another returnable collection video! This time I head to the store with 3 major big jumbo bags completely full of returnable bottles and cans to make some more money! So enjoy a 40 minute video of a satisfying return with the Tomra T-83 Reverse Vending Machines. Also at the end, you'll get to see my brand new outro for Reverse Vending Machine videos! In this collection I ended up making $78.20 which equals 782 bottles and cans that were accepted. Definitely an awesome collection and money I can add to my wallet ;)

Very nice video. But sad to see that your machines are that slow in working progress, and you get only 5 - 10 cents per bottle. In Germany we have machines that doesnt need to spin the bottle any more and we get 25cents per bottle/can

Not all of the machines here in Michigan are exactly like this, we do have a lot of TOMRA T-90s which don’t spin to the read the barcode. Also don’t forget you can’t always compare the money I make here in the US to Germany due to the currency difference. I just looked it up on Google and 1 US dollar (10 returnables) is 0.96 Euro which would probably be worth more considering you said you get 25 cents per container. So yes indeed you do make more money it appears

@@-john-9438 That is true, but at least I can say that Michigan and Oregon are the only 2 states that give you the most for bottles and cans. Other states give you 5 cents per returnable.

That machine has problems but omg right here that plastic and a can went to the plastic section 😮 7:08 if the roller goes to the right it’s going the plastic section and where did that can come from!?!?

While feeding the bottles and cans into the machine, try doing it at a slightly slower pace so the machine doesn't get backed up. This will also reduce the number of rejected items since the machine will have more time to detect and scan the barcode

What country is this? Why are some cans rejected?

United States. Bottles and Cans are rejected if the barcode cannot be read or the store doesn’t sell the particular drink. Otherwise if the store sells that specific drink, the machines will take it even if it was purchased from a different store
