3 levels of Ippon Seoi Nage 

The reason the white belt was going backwards after the throw was because his feet were in a "V" (toes out), in Seoi Nage the feet should be parallel or toes pointed in - this keep the throwers balance forward. I wish the camera had shown more foot work, but the Sensi's feet being parallel (at 7:58 and 10:20) is critical to a successful throw. We also train our kids to "read the watch" (raising the arm, looking at the back of the hand) with the right arm to make space for the throw (like demonstrated at 9:49). Good video.

Good to see Russell doing ippon seoi nage. He is getting good at it. (I remember working with him in Japan on it until his rotation got smooth)I disagree with Nakano sensei. You should never get too deep when doing a front throw.
