Are you looking for a budget friendly build for your Chevy Express van? Well, we have one for you and this one can't be beat. In this video, we're going to check out this awesome 3" Lift Kit we installed onto this Chevy Express van, along with some other really rad products. In addition to the lift kit, we also installed 305 NV Method Race Wheels wrapped in 265/70R17 BFGoodrich tires. The last thing we added to this build was our Weldtec Designs Rear Dual Swing Bumper and threw in a spare tire mount and an Aluminess storage box. If you ever decide to go higher on your lift, you can build upon this kit by adding the Weldtec Designs 2" leveling spacers to give you a full 5" lift. I've got a 2002 Chevy Express that looks quite similar to that one. It's interesting to see all the add-ons you can make to the exterior to make it more functional. I especially like the dual swing rear bumper. Sweet!

@@WeldtecDesigns it's an 06 2500 extended it's still a work in progress but I wouldn't want to live in any other vehicle chevy for life 💪🏼😎 I have a van tour on my channel if you would like to check it out 😄 vancity vanlife did one on the van back when it was bare bones , it has come a long way since then and i look forward to continuing the upgrades 🤙🏼

Body style is our top item, although when it can to cutting the wood every cut was a measure thrice and carefully cut once. We call it the melting ice cube because it seemed to change with every board! 😂

nice tip on the side doors, I think thats how the previous owner got the dent from the front side door. I have a 05pleasesure way express I just installed bilstiens on rear, an soon on front. can I raise my RV 1.5" w/ blocks and still use regular bilstiens not ruin the driveshafts U-jionts also plan firestone air bags to elevate rear when towing, unless you have better stuff. not going radical w/ giant tires an cutting on van.

I have a Chevy Express with the raised roof converted to a Camper/daily driver. I'd love to raise mine to 3" and put wheels and tires other than the current stock rims and tires on it. I have to special order the stock tires now cause they don't stock them in the stores anymore. And, currently I can't pull my cargo trailer to camper conversion with the van either because the van sits to low to use weight distribution bars. sucks.
