Hey Mark I'm a real estate agent in France and I tend to modulate my tone and mimic my clients but I think the handshake is something I underestimated. I'm gonna work on it so it get firmer but not stronger. And my tone calmer.
MARK, LOVE YOUR CHANNEL/ CONTENT. while I agree that matching, mirroring and connecting are important, I have to strongly disagree with the "Not be yourself" part. Our goal is NOT to make them comfortable and like us. The GOAL is to challenge them and lead them to a SOLUTION FOR THEIR BENEFIT! Also we HAVE to be ourselves--otherwise were incongruent and not authentic! If we repel some people that's ok. WE'RE NOT DESPERATE!!
Handshakes. I go for the whole palm grip. I immediately get turned off when someone grabs my fingers instead of my whole palm. Pace I'm from Chicago and go to school in NC. Since we talk faster up north. People will sometimes miss an entire sentence. But it's easier for me to make friends with New Yorkers or Maryland folks
wtf u mean match their grip... ur gonna get into a squeezing war. learn how to have a firm, gentle handshake for men and then lighten up 20% when shaking for women. basically let them know youre shaking their hand and you have hold of them but if they want to pull out of your hand easily they can. thats the perfect grip for handshakes, and 20% lighter for women.
Hi Sir! I need your help I'm a telemarketer we are calling from a pharmacy and we have to sell pain cream or metformin a tablet to diabetic patients what's the best way to grab a customer???? Note we are just sending prescription to their doctor first! Plz guide me plzzz I will be thankful to you sir
It’s just the first impression. While important it’s not the only factor. In the first example you came across as a bit shy/apprehensive, if you showed a wealth of expertise and integrity I’d actually look past the first impression. I actually prefer someone a bit more introvert/shy as they *appear* more trustworthy and knowledgeable.
I liked it, I agree with matching prospects, but I think u still have to be you while you do or they will smell a fake out and be just as put off..also I want that ebook and clicked and clicked and couldn't get a link..
