I thought the jury was supposed to say what punishment would be? Like you are found not guilty, so the judge sentences you to a month in jail? And why can the prosecution withhold 911 tapes? Or surveillance camera audio/video it doesnt like, and might be exculpatory, is also withheld? I have been asking, and waiting 11 months .
