I had three felonies reduced to misdemeanors in Oregon. Where I get hung up is, A person who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year. My last charge carried a 15 month sentence. So I'm concerned about a NICS being denied even though the felony was reduced successfully. All terms of parole were achieved as well.
what do you do when a corrupt sheriff's office, corrupt DA, corrupt judge line up AGAINST you ? Instead of arresting you when these bogus crimes were supposedly occurring, IN THE PRESENCE OF A DEPUTY, they go to the corrupt judge who then issues a totally BS warrant, THEN you get to spend FIVE DAYS AND NIGHTS IN A CAGE WITH NO BAIL !!!!
If you can prove the accussor has mislead the Police purposely to avoid any blame in an Assault charge.Does this give you a strong case for dismissal with a case conference with the Police prosecutor ? He said he had no idea where the accussed had gone after the altercation, however he actually took persuit in a vehicle and chased down the persona accussed. Photo evidence can be provided. He ommitted telling the Police all the details.
