They all are amazing Steve. And yes I would have to agree with you that the green one is my favorite as well I love hunter green. And great description of all three of them as always
They really are beautiful trucks but it pains me when I pass a nice truck and the painted fuel tanks are chipping. Hopefully there's some heavy clear coat on them or something.
Bryce and Allen are two great guys to work for. I used to drive their Orange Flattop. Loved my ride. Just had to go a different way. But definitely a great company to work for.
All look great, but the green one is my favorite. Shame about the missing gauge in the other 2 trucks - messes with the symmetry of the dash somewhat - would be nice to retrofit that gauge.
I'm surprised a company like Peterbilt (Paccar) doesn't have some way to coordinate the designs of multiple special order vehicles going to one customer. I've done special equipment options engineering for much smaller companies (bus industry) and something like that would never have happened. Regardless of which engineers are assigned, there should have been one person to review the designs for parity, and better still, one person should have designed the entire order. Sorry, I'm preaching to the choir.
Nice trucks but hell nah…I won’t take a dummy pipe and neither the one under the truck ,that to me it’s a cheap way to doit and only for small trucks. But different strokes for different folks.
What is the wheelbase of their trucks and rears are they 46k or52k didn't do full lockers looks like so probably won't see much off road for not having that and would like to know what the actual color of blue that is if it's the cobalt blue metallic that would look great with orange frame have few of those questions is all
@@Eric-uo9tt didn't see a switch for 2spds and you can get lockers on both axles just no cross lock which is usually the third switch in the lockers setup and not as common and longer to build Rockwell is only company I know that will do them but I don't like 2spd rears aux box and single ratio rears with full lockers is better and that's from experience of use . Steve usually gives the specs on driveline but didn't this time unless I missed it
@@redman2805 pause video at 5:37. Center 4 switch group. Far right switch next to the pto is the 2 speed rear switch. Up is 3.90 and down is 5.36 which it’s down in the video
Those are badass !!!....exept for the dummy stacks ....so totally unnecessary and a waste of money if it has grassburner exhaust....such a stupid trend ....those trucks still look great with no stacks and no clearance issues
Always wondered why they don’t install the air lift switch in the cab for the axle. Any time you want to make a hard turn you have to stop, get out and flip the switch. Gorgeous trucks, awesome job on the build. Beautiful!
Some states wont allow it in the cab and they may be moving it and there could always be a second dial and switch somewhere else so everyone is happy....
Under truck exhausts dont bake bugs onto the stacks bad, they'll come off way easier like the visor or mirrors. If there are any other reasons Im not sure. There was one truck I worked around that had an under exhaust and I felt like I was getting gassed out standing near it while it was idling
@@brandonman2020 You had me a bugs. I've converted a few hundred into fossils on the front header of one of my bikes... Thanks for the info! Seems like someone should get inventive with a cutter and welder. Turn the stacks into storage for load bars or spare air/power lines and the like.
