That development is so stupid to me. Do we REALLY need more "luxury" apartments with what's happening with rent prices? I guess I can't complain though since it's better than nothing
@@BrBird22 well there’s increasing demand to live in downtown and most people are looking for a luxury condo with easy access to shopping and recreational facilities plus it’s helping with the housing crisis I think this is better than that fenced eyesore taking up valuable space
@@unfvzedmak Well, like I said it's definitely better than nothing. But why does the city keep putting up expensive housing while shooting down projects that would make obtaining decent housing way easier for the average worker?
Yes! After a bit of a break, I have a bunch of videos planned for shooting this month and two of them are on upcoming projects in Lakeland-one for food and the other for developments.
