I'll never understand how people braid their hairs alone, unless its a braid to do the side. I couldn't do that even if I had time, much less if I was running late 🤣
@@jvn I'll give it a try, thank you! I'm just really clumsy and get lost/distracted really easily... French braids are particularly difficult because of all that "grabbing extra sections of hair" bit! 😵💫
@@takotakotakotakotako I feel this, I get off track in the braid and my arms get tired too xD I do say it has gotten better with practicing when I'm not rushed for sure. Sometimes I start and end up doing one braid and leave it, keeping it simple. I have gotten better tho! And jvn's video on braids did help ❤️👑🦋
You kinda just valiantly struggle thru it very slowly a few times... and a few more, & make lots of mistakes. Then pretty soon it becomes muscle memory & presto, now you can braid ✨

Get some felt pins and pin that down! But make sure you prep with product so the hair holds! Some air dry cream, salt spray or hairspray before you put it up!

That's the most thought I've seen go into a half-back (and tidiest beard I've ever seen)! All three looks are very pretty. I don't know if I can do my own French braid like that in back. Probably! Will try. I need to come up with up-dos I like for a possibly pretty active upcoming 40 hours a week job this fall or winter though I think my hair down is probably more flattering on me (long face but my bangs help). But have a feeling I'll want my hair very out of my way.
