Nice Recipes. Rotisserie Chickens are a great time saver for a quick meal. So many things you can do with one. Enchiladas, Tacos, Burritos, Fried Rice, Stew, Soup, Chili. Frying up the skins is a great idea. Do you call that Poultry Bacon? 🙂 One question. Why is it necessary to add salt to the Chicken Salad? There is salt in the Chicken, Mayo. Why add more? I know it is only a small amount. I just don't think it is needed. So many make a sauce with off the shelf ingredients. Once combined check for taste. It needs more salt. Add a 1/2 tsp and call it perfect. Kinda drives me crazy. Does a 1/2 tsp really change it up much? Maybe my taste buds are not as sharp as others. For the Chicken Salad, I would use a Butter Milk Ranch. Preferably, Hidden Valley brand. But most any will do. Great video. Three easy recipes. Less then 15 minutes.
haha... I like that chicken bacon term! For the question about the salt, I guess it probably isn't needed really, but with the veggies and the apple, I thought it could need some. People are different really in regards to salt levels and their tolerances too. Some are more sensitive to it.
Cool trick with the chicken skin. I twirl my pasta. I don’t really have a preference of butter or mayo on my roll. Maybe if I did a side by side taste test. Your baby girl was hoping to have a whole chicken for herself. lol
