Hope this video is helpful and educational. (As I don’t have a binaural microphone, i still can’t provide more accurate sound samples) So, the main 2 issues with the tuning of this speaker is that it lacks the low end rumble and low end punch. And the other one is the treble got a plasticky texture where the overall tonality sounds artificial. Though this is a great value for money speaker, these 2 issues avoid me from fully enjoying my music. I don’t feel like grabbing these to enjoy my music.
Excellent debut speaking review! 😁 Too bad the speaker is somewhat of a disappointment, though. I have a few Soundcore speakers but most of them have around for awhile. Motion Plus, Motion Boom, and Boost. Soundcore used to offer a lot of value as compared to more "premium" options (JBL, Bose, etc.) but, unfortunately, seems to be breaking that trend more recently. 😢 In addition, I've heard they're relying heavily on shilling and paid reviews to promote their products. Supposedly, they fixed the issue the Boom Plus had with the passive radiators melting in heat/sunlight but later intentionally switched back to using the same materials causing the original issue. I very much appreciate your honest take on this model and wish you rapid growth and success with your channel. Thank you for another great review! 👍
Hey, thank you so much😁❤️ Yeah, i noticed that anker is doing so much paid partnerships. Mainly on their speaker line up and every reviewer promotes them like they say the absolute best about them. That leads me to not believe in them. They still offers some top notch stuff, but when comes to their tuning of this new line up, I'm not much impressed.
@@RatchetRorschach If you're asking me, No I don't think it's worth the around $200 they're asking for it. It's always going to heavily depend on your use case and what you value when it comes to bluetooth speakers. Tradeoffs somewhere or other (weight, battery life, size/portability, etc.). If it's discounted it might be worth it but, personally, I think they're charging too much for what it is. If you're asking @weirdear95 he might have a different perspective, though.
@@RatchetRorschach Well, that's part of what I was talking about in the previous comment. If you're wanting better portability then the Charge 5 will undoubtedly be a better choice. It's smaller and I would imagine lighter as well. If size/weight isn't an issue Tribit StormBox Blast might be one to consider and it's often on sale for less than $200.

I'm sorry that, at the moment i don't have much models with me. I've just entered the speaker space and i'm getting the new Tribit speakers I'll give you an update when i get them
