I'm an audio enthusiast and a huge fan of EDM. I spend most of the day listening to music and discovering the audiophile world.
My goal is to search for the best audio gear and equipments to enjoy electronic music for the fullest. But i'm not just bound to EDM, I listen to every genre in most of the countries and languages.
In ear monitors, Headphones, Speakers, wired or Bluetooth, DACs and AMPs, Cables, Ear tips and so on the list go where my enthusiasm based on.
I already own Truthear Hola and Soundmagic EllC. Bro please help me out in getting a new IEM which has a different sound signature to these two. I listen to almost every popular genre out there and prefer a more natural, clear sound separation with little bit of bass I'm really confused between 1. Tangzu Wan'er S.G 2. Tangzu Wan'er S.G Studio Edition 3. Moondrop Chu 2 4. KZ Castor 5. KZ - ZEX 6. KZ - ZSN PRO 2 7. 7HZ x Crinacle - Zero: 2 If you have any other recommendation please let me know...thanks
I don't use them for music much. Using mainly for gaming and don't want to EQ there. But, the thing which needs to be fixed is the low end and mid range. First, just lower the low end(under 300Hz) and see whether the mid range comes forward. If not, give a little boost at 2-3k to get the mid range forward. Heavy EQing can ruin the sound quality, so just do mild adjustments.
Bro soundcore glow is Rs 3k and Tribit MaxSound Plus is 4k and soundcore Motion 100 is also 4k and tribit storm flow is 4.2k can you say me which will be better.. Could you please help me figure it out.. Thanks
Same question. I have seen reviews of the Soundcore Glow with the Tribit Stormbox. Priced at 8k, it gives tough competition to that speaker but lacks in highs. For budget options, there is no direct comparison present, but I guess it would be better than those as this speaker falls under a different segment of 10k ones.
At 3k, glow seems to be the better option. Forget the motion 100, it is just trash. I don't have the maxsound plus, so no idea about it. I got the flow and i really like that speaker. But 4.2k seems a bit high. Personally, my favorite speakers are in order Xsound Plus 2 > Flow > motion 300 > Glow. But I can say that Glow worth the 3k. But keep in mind that, all these speakers have their own strengths and weaknesses. That order i mentioned above is based on that. That is my personal preference and it can be differ from yours.
Bro please suggest. Tribit xSound plus 2 vs Soundcore glow . Which one sounds rich with more instrumental separation. And base is also important definitely. Want to buy one in this sale . Waiting for your reply. It will helps😊
Both are great speakers. Personally, my favorite is the Xsound plus 2 as it sounds cleaner and more open. It isn't still perfect as it lacks in the mid bass area where it sometimes struggles to give that feel in hard hitting kicks, other than that it is the best speaker i have listened to so far. Glow is a mono speaker with a single full range down firing driver. Actually it ia more powerful and the bass is more impactful. It is more warmer sounding and it is common in soundcore speakers. But the problem with this speaker is, though it got great low end, it is pushed back and also the upper range is also got a dip which results in a shallow sound. It is not easy to describe but overall sound signature got some shallowness and hollowness. Overall, the tribit one is a superior speaker in every aspect. Only gripe i have is the lack of harder hitting mid bass. And also it needs to be placed against a wall to get the maximum out of it. Glow is also definitely worth the asking money, but i don't prefer that shallowness in the sound.
Hey, i have my full comparison video with every detail. For a quick summary, Improved bass version is more V shaped where it gives a lot of bass and treble, while mid range is respectively recessed. Harman version is more balanced with good amount of details and more forward mid range and with more detailed treble. Basically, if you are a bass head, avoid the Harman version.
Kiwi ears Cadenza, EPZ Q1 Pro, Kinera Celest Abyss or Blond Bl 03. I have used Truthear GATE which bas just a little bit big for my ears and its sound was also not enough for me. I want comfort , music and gaming. So which one should i go for or any other around 40 dollars.
If the gate doesn't fit your ears, then all the IEMs you mentioned here won't fit you except the Blons. But, at the current market, blon is now a bit outdated. I recommend you to go with the Simgot EW200, it is compact and high quality. It is a brighter set, but it is amazing for both music and gaming. Only avoid them if you are a treble sensitive person.
I m confused between this and qkz x hbb. I want IEM for both gaming and music leaning to bass and media consumption. Which one would you recommend if I had to chose one
HEY, I have a better recommendation for you. Get the KZ EDC pro. It sounds fantastic as well as great for gaming. It is my favorite budget all rounder set so far
@@weirdear95 hmm this comes out of the box.. I game on PC and play competitive shooters like CS and Val. So I was wondering if this will meet my needs seeing the price range
@@irfan_alii Please don’t expect competitive level of gaming from such budget sets. These does a fantastic job as for the asking price. I have used them and i know how good they are. For CS and Val, you need to go up in the price.
Between these 2, the Glow sounda better. Glow got more low end and doesn't sound too shouty like the Stormbox 2. I had high hopes on the Stormbox 2, but it isn't a good speaker. Build quality is top notch, but sound quality wise it is pretty mediocre.
Xsound go is not a speaker to compare with this. They are in 2 different leagues. If the price difference isn't big, getting the Glow is the better option. XSound Go is a great speaker for that size, but can't compete with the Glow.
@@S.khan.123 Glow got better low end. It is easy to notice. But don’t expect so much bass from speakers in this size. it does a great job for the size.
@@weirdear95 I had already tribit x sound go but I m not satisfied with bass so I ordered glow at sale of Amazon at 3000 rupees while I purchased tribit xsound go at 2800 rupees
I recommend the Glow. It is more powerful and loud. Naman on the comment said is correct, glow is a mono speaker. It have one full range down firing driver. So it can't give that left and right separation well. It don't effect much in music, but you will notice it when watching movies. If you want a loud and powerful speaker, which is 360°, I recommend the glow for that price.
I watch movies a lot which iem will i get surround sound experience. I also listen to music, details matters. Bass is ok when necessary, which one would you recommend under 2k. Also it should be a bit durable.
In comparison to xsound plus 2 how does is compare i had xsound plus 2 but i returned it cause i felt it lacked the loudness and bass. Even though it was clear sounding. Is soundcore glow louder and has better base than tribit xsound plus 2?
Glow is definitely louder and more powerful than the Xsound Plus 2. The thing with the Xsound is it always need to be placed against a wall to get the best out of it. Otherwsie it sounds pretty average. But after placed against a wall, Xsound Plus 2 is unbeatable again the rest. Yes, the glow is louder and more bassier, but the upper range sounds pretty shallow and plasticky. That's why i don't like them.
@@weirdear95 well thankyou but i guess I will take the glow. With custom eq I guess i can make some changes to its sound. As I want more loudness and bass. I do agree when the tribit is placed against the wall it produces pretty good sound and with custom eq and SBC codec it can go really loud also. But the DSP kicks in when there is a base drop and it will reduce the volume. Btw thank you for your reply it's helps a lot. And it will be nice if you make a sound comparison of these speakers if you have them laying around.
@@Agletgaming You’re welcome ♥. I agree with what you said. You got to heavy EQ to find the best configuration for you. About sound tests, i don’t have gear to test them. That’s why i avoid them. It isn’t accurate and reliable to do the testings with the phone speaker. But, i will buy the gear in future and make complete videos about these products.
Sorry, i don't have the Zex. Between the castors, harman version is the one which sounds clearer and accurate. The clarity is also really good. Castor bass is only for bass heads.
Nice Review. Please suggest which to Buy Soundcore Glow(Rs 3000)/Tribit StormBox 2/StormBox Micro 2/Boat 1500(All these are Rs4000 to 4500)... Please suggest thanks
If you want a compact and really portable speaker, the micro 2 is an insanely valuable speaker. Stormbox 2 is a failure in my opinion. It is really well built and feela premium, but it lacks the low end and can sound too shouty. The sound signature isn't well balanced. Soundcore glow is the better option here. It is loud and got more impactful low end. Upper end can sound shallow but it sound good for the asking price. I don't know about the Boat speaker.
Sorry i don't have the flip essential 2. But i can guarantee that this speaker is better than the glow. But i have a better recommendation for you, get the Xsound Plus 2. It is insanely valuable for the money and it is my favorite speaker so far.
This vs Tribit Stormbox Flow? Can you please tell which one is better, which one should I purchase Edit: Please compare with JBL Flip Essential 2 also.
These got powerful low end that the Flow. But the upper range sounds shallow and lacks the clarity. Between these 2, my pivk is the flow. But i recommend you to get the Xsound Plus 2 as it is my favorite budget value speaker so far.
There is one area this speaker slightly out performs the Xsoune plus 2, it is the punch in low end. The difference isn't huge, other than that, Xsound Plus 2 is easily beats this one.
Tribit stormbox 2 isn't a good speaker. I had high hopes on it, but it lacks the low end and can sound too shouty. Between them i pick these. This sounds more powerful. But as a final recommendation, i don't recommend this speaker much.
As from other reviewers, yes the LM is more technical and detailed due to its brighter sound signature. This is still really technical and detailed, still these are really easy to listen to. No treble issues. Ebery other Simgots i have got treble issues for me.
@@weirdear95 Thank you so much for replying and answering my query. By any chance can you compare the EW300 to Tanchjim 4U ? I am actually confused between these 3. Or maybe I will just wait for upcoming Hexa 2
@@GorZic The reviews for the Tanchjim is a mixed bag. I was so much interested on that set, but after watching some reviews, i changed my mind. This simgot is insane tbh, Only issue i have is the Planar timbre. Other than that, it is almost excellent. Mmmm, i think waiting for the Hexa 2 is a good idea.
I'm totally confused about kz krila and kz castor (Harman model), any advice regarding this? As I have mixed up music preference (some are based on bass or mids or sometimes vocals)
Hey, I read that you wrote you prefer Tribit ( not sure which models ) over this. Are the tribit ones much better than this? I just got this from amazon and wondering if i should return it. I like bass alot and would prefer the one with clean loud bass ( I heard this distorts bass on loud volume? )
Yes, the Tribits are better imo. But not every speaker. The new stormbox 2 and new mini speakers are just trash. But, stormbox flow, micro 2 and xsound plus 2 are insane for the asking price. This motion 100 is also a fail product for me. It lacks the low end and can sound too peaky at upper range with some plasticky texture.
could you please tell me if i like listening to pop, edm, audio and something gaming, what should i chose :kz libra balanced or castor bass or any something else at same price?
hey can you suggest me a iem under 2000 i havent used any iems before and i am not a audiofile i mostly watch movies and attend lectures as i am a student and i play games like valorant a lot i am super confused plz help me
Almost a week without any answer, let me give you my opinion. Let us clarify you have NOT used ANY IEM before, NOT even audiophile. For lectures (vocal), movies, play competitive games. i CANNOT provide opinion on competitive games though because your budget is not enough for one. Budget is under INR2000 (+-AUD35) Option A 1- KZ EDX Pro / KZ EDX / KZ EDX Lite / KZ EDC Pro 2- KZ ZVX 3- KZ D-Fi (NON switch) Total under AUD30 Option B 1- 7Hz Salnotes Zero 2- KZ ZVX 3- QKZ xHBB Total around AUD35 Option C 1- KZ ZSN Pro 2 2- KZ ZVX Total around AUD30 Option D Kiwi Ears Dolce AUD30 Option E Moondrop Chu 2 AUD28 Option F TRN Conch (best accessories) AUD35(on sale)
Hey, sorry for the late reply. I'm having some health issues in the past few weeks. I really appreciate what faisal did with the categorized recommendations. I haven't used all the IEMs he mentioned but i can agree with him. My recommendations are the qkzxhbb, EDC pro and 7Hz zero(og) for your requirements. But don't expect competitive gaming level performance from these budget sets, sure they do outperform the asking price, but won't enough for games like valorant and apex.
Is this good for bass quality. I like fast decay subbass. Mostly i listen edm & instrumental song that don't use much vocal. I didn't like so much treble, i love bass & midrange.
Hey, I read that you wrote you prefer Tribit ( not sure which models ) over this. Are the tribit ones much better than this? I just got this from amazon and wondering if i should return it. I like bass alot and would prefer the one with clean loud bass ( I heard this distorts bass on loud volume? )
I don't have the EDX pro. Polaris is a flat tuned IEM which sounds pretty good tbh. It is non offensive and easy to listen to. I got the EDX lite and they are totally different IEMs.
I recommend these over the Zero red easily. This is more fun and technical. Zero red is pretty neutral and i don't prefer that sound signature. Also it is too big and uncomfortable to wear for too long.
Im so much confused about which one to buy as i do enjoy bass quite a lot but still want a crisp and clear audio while listening to non bass or neutral vocal songs can you please suggest me which one to buy :) ?
Sorry for the late reply😕. Yep, buy the harman version. You got a lot of choices with the switches and also narrow bore ear tips will give more low end.
I am somebody who listens to a lot of metal and fast tracks with a ton of instruments as well as a sensitivity to sibilance, I hate shouty signatures. What would be your recommendation if I prefer a wide soundstage, warm-neutral sound and seperation? A mic would be preferable with the iems stock
Sorry for the late late reply😕. I recommend the 7hz zero 2. Also the Castor Harman version is a great choice as it comes with a mic. But it is not warm neutral but sounds so good without sibilance or shoutyness. My friend use the Ziigaat nuo and he is a metal head, but it can be too energetic in the upper range.
Hey sorry for the late late reply😕. Harman version is my pick. Bass version can be too bassy and the Harman version is more versatile across many genres.
I am confused between the libra balanced and qkz hbb, the price difference is only 2$ out where i live. Do these have similar bass response? Which do you prefer?
Hey, i'm sorry for the late reply😕. Libra balanced is my choice for versatility. If you are doing gaming and is a bass head, qkzxhbb is the one to get. Libra is more balanced and easy to listen to.
