Hello, thank you for the video it was really helpful, subscribed already 👍. I have some questions if you don't mind. Is there no other way to stay other than with a student permit? Also I keeping hearing people saying north Cyprus degrees are only recognized in turkey but I have zero plans of working there. Should I still study at Cyprus or would you advise me to look for another country.

Congratulations on getting your Masters Really sorry to hear about you losing your Dad This vidoe is a long meandering repetitive description of 3 simple reasons you left - The work was hard because you had no sponsor - You graduated & therefore no longer eligible for a student visa - Your Dad passed away and you needed to go home It should have taken 2-3 minutes, not 10

@Salumu Ally Cyprus isn't a place which has less workers than it has jobs. Really isn't the type of place you should be going if you need to work. If you can afford to be a student only, it works. If you're retired and want to live on a beautiful island it works. If you're a remote worker and want a higher quality of life, the island works. Me personally that is the last place I would have gone in my late teens early 20s. The place simply isn't built for such things. Who I really feel bad for are all the young students who were lied to by recruiters about how easy it is to find a job there.

Unfortunately North Cyprus is not a regognised country. Its an accupied by Turkey part of Republic of Cyprus. Muslim religion. It doesn't belong to Europe also. There is no relation with Republic of Cyprus, a Christian country member of European Community. The two island parts are like "day and night" in differences

@Pretty Damsel, if you're young and in need of work while you get your education the best places to go are places which have more jobs than the local workforce can provide. North Cyprus simply wasn't built for such things. I go there a lot and I love the place, in fact we're thinking of moving there. But we're older and looking for a beautiful island to relax on. The Island has trouble creating enough jobs for the working age locals, there simply aren't enough jobs to go around. If you're a young student looking to work, this really isn't the ideal place for you.

Nice video man.But my good advice is to dodge muslim countrys and their education,expecialy Turksih one.Country is toring apart economicly,separasticly,religiously and in evry other aspect.Try Europe,Japan,South Korea,UK,Canada,US,Ireland and Scandinavian countrys.There is also hard but not islamic and poor.

It truly is a beautiful magical island but the wrong place to go if you're young and looking for work. I don't know how true it is but if these recruiters are telling these kids of all the amazing job opportunities if they attend university in North Cyprus, they deserve to be lined up against a wall and shot. The last thing these young students need (if they aren't wealthy enough to attend University and not work) is to end up in a place which wasn't built to create jobs for youth. And the last thing North Cyprus needs is a bunch of angry unemployed youngsters. It's a lose lose situation for both sides. It's sad.

There is no "North Cyprus". There is the part of the Republic of Cyprus that is illegally occupied by the turkish army. Ask any country and any international organisation in the world, except for Turkey of course. As only Turkey recognises "North Cyprus" their "degrees" are only recognised there. Plus, you will be supporting a criminal regime which has commited war crimes such as rapes, executions and bringing settlers (mostly criminals) from Turkey to live there.

Firstly North Cyprus is not a country, it is an illegally occupied territory controlled by Turkey. I don't know why you would go there and why you would want to study there, your diploma will not be recognized by any country in the world except for Turkey.
