There’s no media briefing because there’s nothing to tell. The club decided to stick with the manager in the summer at least to the end of the season and that’s that. TH sacking is media and fan Chanel driven.

They won't sack him because he's only 8 games into trying to implement a brand new system. Everyone is forgetting that Jim has said that he and the board will be choosing the style of play, NOT the manager. That means ETH is only 8 games in to trying to make a new system for him and the players work. The board aren't silly enough to think that's enough time. Nobody is acknowledging this fact. They keep talking as if this is ETH's way of playing, when it's been categorically told to us by Jim himself that the manager will have no say in style of play. His job is purely to implement it.

I’m sure the glazers came out years ago calling Utd fans hysterical or something like that , do u reckon Joel at the meeting said to Jim …., see I told u mate. Ineos made their decision in the summer , I don’t think they were ever going to change that ten games in regardless. I think they were always going to give him the season. I might be wrong but that’s my view and nothing that has been reported by the club changes that view. I don’t want managers that turn us down or can’t speak a word of English Ty very much

14th in the league, 21st in the Europa League, 5 goals in 7 league matches…..what does it take for the manager to be sacked? 5 goals….3 of them against relegation fodder Southampton. That means 2 goals in the other 6 games! How are you meant to win when you are scoring 2 goals in 6 matches? I feel so sorry for the loyal fans who pay to watch this dross week in and week out😊
