Filming myself was a game changer for my handstand! After some wrist setbacks, I'm nowhere near where I want to be now, but I'm glad to say that my wrists are back to 100% which means I am back on the handstand grind! Needed this tips right now. Thanks Mazen!
Honestly i wasn’t strong enough for handstand . But now my record is 5 sec 🔥. Filming yourself helps a lot but you need to find what your doing is wrong . Thanks brother 🙏
You've cleared up something I've been wondering about for ages. Many tutorials for 'begginner' suggest me to do facing wall L-handstand which seems impossible to me, while i can hold balance for 3-5 seconds back to wall.
