I'd like to add to your list : Don't get rid of wardrobe items you love and wear because friends, family or fashion influencers say they're outdated. If it's true to your personal style and you don't need anyone's validation of how you look, wear it! However, if other people's opinions do matter to you, put in in a bin at the back of your closet for a while.
