I cannot agree with you more. I lowered my FSH-Level from 90 to 9, and increased my AMH from 0.05 to 0.25 in less than three months. I still have an irregular period, but I am gonna give myself time.
@@dildoradavletova8124 I eat organic food, have completely removed sugar and anything with preservatives inside, basically, I am not buying any packed food. No dairy products, because they contain hormones and antibiotics. I eat plenty of vegetables and legumes, mostly chickpeas which have germinated (it takes three to four days to sprout). I had vitamin D deficiency, so I am taking supplements. Also vitex Agnus-Castus is very helpful for balancing your hormones. You have to also start having some hobbies, which will distract you from daily problems. One important thing is your bowel movements. I always had constipation. But once you change your diet, it will also regulate itself. Sleep is very important. Try to have a routine, when you are going to bed and when you are going to wake up. These were my experiences. Every person is different, you have to pay attention to your body. It reacts, when something is bad for you. I hope all the best for you.
@@Cudon.1505 Please read my answer to dildoradavletova just above your comment. You can change things by changing your diet and more importantly your lifestyle.
I have many videos on this topic on my channel and playlists for this that you can also watch. With that said, I don't think that there is a one size fits all and I believe that it is best to have a personalized approach to this. I do support this type of issue in my coaching program.
This gives me hope. Doc my periods are regular and I just had an anovulatory cycle, blood work is back. Fsh is 31 and dhea is 115. My estradiol and testosterone is
I am 48 and my FSH is high. My Estradiol, Estriol, Progesterone and AMH are all low. Unfortunately. I would like to have another child but it seems I am peri menopausal. If you think it could be possible, please let me know. Thank you for your work.
I do get a very short period but I am taking hormones. I do use mira app. it mesure estriol and LH and FSH. And LH peaks but I don´t get anymore cervical mucus and a kind of pain on one side while ovulating, that I used to get.@@dontaskdonttell_
I just had a failed ivf cycle... our fertility issue was supposed to be male factor but I failed to grow any egg in my ivf cycle I'm 29 with 18. 7 fsh and 1. 4amh and have regular periods My doctor told me that there's nothing to do to decrease fsh and I ll be failing ivf again because of that... But I just feel that there is something else like this is only a symptom! She told me to think about egg donor now I'm so hopeless I feel like I ll never be a mom🥺 I feel like a failure. What's wrong with me!!!
I feel you sis, same to me Im 31 with 18 fsh test results yesterday. My doctor told me that if there’s nothing changes in the next month of my second day period, she told me to cancel out the list of ivf candidates 😢 I feel like failure,.but still hoping for next month that there will be changes of my fsh level so that can start the ivf stimulation. 9:55
I have an fsh of 9 and amh of 6.39 and I haven't been able to get pregnant. Idk if the fact that I was on bc for 4 years has to do something to do with it. Drs say it doesn't .
Dear doctor, I just got my test results back. My FSH is 68.2, what could I do to decrease it. I got married 3 months ago and am 26 years old.. I was stressed out of my mind when I find your videos. Please help.. Can I concieve?
My FSH was 64 this cycle, I’m 32 yo. It’s highest I ever had it on day 2 and I’m losing all hope :(( is pregnancy still possible? i have endo and Hashi’s
Hi I am wondering if you have had any success or any updates? I also have hashimotos and endo. 40 years old with a AMH of .1 and FSH went from 8 to 31!
Hi, i have a question sir , my partner take provera for 2 weeks and we didnt know she is pregnant for 2 or 3 weeks , any side effect on the baby or what will happen?
What is considered high fsh? I did my labs the other day I got my results back and it’s say 3.5 And the guide says I’m in the range but is that ok in the luteal phase or should I try to improve it
I recall seeing one of your videos where you mentioned you don't like women using tampons while on period ( I can't find that video anymore), why is that?
I was in the process of signing up, but decided to ask my OB to complete a hysterososalpliography to rule out asherman's syndrome 1st. I had a loss last year at 18weeks. Have not gotten pregnant again..been 15 mo. What are your thoughts Dr Marc?
HSG's don't rule out Asherman's syndrome. I don't think it is a bad thing to look into but I would be surprised if you developed this after one loss. I also don't know enough about your history to know for sure.
