I've listened to a few episodes now - I really appreciate having perspectives on growth mindset from a source that feels authentic. I like that you relate the ideas you talk about to where you have been in the past, and where you are now. Thanks for the podcast!

Glad it landed right for you! And yes there is a lot of wishy washy mindset stuff around which is often opinionated and not very useful. I shudder if I ever have to say I run a Mindset podcast 😂
