Dear Kalpna ji, if you want to make in a Satvic way then you have to cook without onion, garlic and using oil ji. However we do not recommend it as Mushroom being a fungi is tamasic in nature.

can we put khuskhus paste(posto) instead of coconut if not available? will it be healthy and satvik?

Greetings of peace yes, you can add poppy seeds paste if coconut milk is not available, However we have never tried it, so not very sure about the taste. But still you can try and let us know how it turned out to be. Love & Light Always
