Me watching this after unus annus is gone: Mark: Unus Annus Me: *cries*

The unus annus thing hurt- but like “I AM A MAN- WHO OWNS 5 OVENSSSSS”

Game: "If the lights went out would you be scared?" Mark: "No" *Lights go out, door opens, Mark shouts* Game: Are you sure about that?

Slenderman: "Nah, i'm getting too old for this."

Me: sees UnusAnnus in the beginning remembering it's over Also Me: *cries inside*

Watching this in 2021 hurt. "Unus Annus 351 days left" I almost cried

Mark: "I'm A mAn WhO oWnS FIVE OVENS!" Favorite line ever.

The whole point of the first game was that "Limits like fear is often an illusion" The fear in the game was supposed to be an illusion

Mark used grimace as a horror thing 3 years before the trend

Computer: "Have you ever had a panic attack?" Mark: *Panicking* "NO!"

At the end of the game, we see this quote: "Limits, like fear, is often an illusion." "Slender - Lonely Home" Despite this being a Slender-Man game, our antagonist never appears but once. Is this game's existence purely just to play on your fear? You know who Slender is, you know what he does, but nothing happens? You see him for a split second, but then he disappears. Gone, zap, cabloosh. Whenever you collect the pages, it's supposed to get harder, as all Slender games do. If so, then why do we remain alone? The sounds change, but that was just to keep you on your toes. The radio playing the scary noises, the thumping, the shuffling around the house. Was there any REAL cause? Was there an actual entity causing these noises? Or was it just fear our character was experiencing? Lonely House. It's almost like Slender-Man was never there.

It's weird coming back to these videos and seeing the Unus Annus stuff.

That slender game was probably one of my favorites. It built up so much tension and fear with the environment and they never showed Slendy until the end. Honestly incredible.

Hey mark! I’d like to suggest that you play Anatomy: “Every House is Haunted” by Kitty Horrorshow, I’d think you’d like it! It’s a psychological horror puzzle game where you wander around an abandoned yet somehow well maintained suburban house for an unknown reason, collecting audio tapes of some sort of documentary/ lecture, discovering secrets about the house and what you are and why you are there. It has some “meta” elements and requires multiple play - throughs, taking about 40 minutes *in total* to finish, enough for 2 parts. It is very interesting, makes some interesting points on psychological and the legacy of the haunted house, has excellent pacing and sound design, absolutely masters the “unreveal”, and has frequently been described as one of the best horror games of the decade!

Game: “If you suddenly went missing, would anybody come looking for you?” Mark: “Yes?” Me: “Ah yes, at least 20,000,000+ of us would.”

Seeing the promotion of Unus Annus in its FIRST TWO WEEKS again after more than a year and a half after its end is so surreal and goosebump-inducing to see
