I wish I saw this before a contractor stole 10,000.00 from me on a plumbing job, he did all the above wrong. Talk about depression.... I'm using heaters to heat my house can't turn my heat on due to water in my vents...

@@DeRosaGroup Perhaps a real estate professional can develop a fair and reciprocal relationship with a contractor but the typical homeowner will always get screwed. When we step onto a used car lot or go to the carnival, we should know what to expect. It isn't much different when hiring a home improvement contractor.
most of this "secrets" are totally out of context! most of the contractors will be disagree with this, there is many different situations every day in a job place! entering to a construction place and not expect to see trash?? talking about get a good constractor tips and no mention of references?
something funny about this people called construction managers, they will never get the best contractors for their projects, because the good ones work by them self! with no people like this around!
