Deep appreciation for you Alice! Such a caring and unselfish way to deliver top quality, first hand information and resources to us young producers! 👏👏👏 just THANK YOU.
Yalcin I’ve commented this many times, but every time I see you do an Anjunadeep tutorial, I am filled with gratitude. I’ve been trying to emulate their sound since 2014, but with the help of your skills and wisdom, my productions are the best they’ve ever been. Thank you so much for what you do brother. ♥️
Your knowledge is incredible man! I have learned so much from you over the past few months.... Would be great to see you break down a track such as the style of bicep - glue if possible
Man, it sucks that YT algorith is not promoting you enough. I love your chill vibe with great teaching skills, even tho English is not your main language.
Good grief, anyone who had to wait to be asked Like the video, must have been out of the room whilst this 24 carat nugget was playing. Amazing again Alice, thank you for sharing your skill, knowledge and craft, sincerely!
Not gonna lie - your version of the track sounds even better to me. The plucked lead synth is just simply unique and super memorable to my ear. When I hear it I smile. What about KAMILO SANCLEMENTE & DABEAT - Your Smile Is Priceless (Enamour Remix)?
I'm only halfway through, after working with a mentor who knows and has worked with a lot of Anjuna producers. This is the level of detail that's required for getting professional tracks. Keep it up!
I really liked what you did with the drum layering - I read an article where Maya Jane Coles mentioned she does quite a bit of this - would love to see you attempt 'in the style of' one of her new tracks, they're also very layered, innovative and textured, and as yet I don't think anyone has done her justice! Would love to hear your take on it... 😝👍
Thanks for this video it’s really my favorite kind of house music. I also want to thank you for all the great content that’s on the channel. You’re a blessing for all the producers out here, keep up the great work !
Thanks again, Yalcin. I learned a massive amount from this video today. I've played Ben Bohmer's Cerle performance around 10 times this week. Absolutely breath-taking set, and filming! Seeing you asked for ideas for videos, I would love to see something on one of the genre's biggest names from the early 2000s. Guy J told me a few weeks ago that James was one of the artists that inspired him to make music, and that Horizons blew him away, as it did with me. One of his and my favourite tracks was Roland Klinkenberg - Inner Laugh (James Holden Remix) - From John Digween GU#19 Los Angeles - I think anything by James Holden would make a really good tutorial. James Holden - 'I have put out the light' & timo maas 'Better Make room' (James Holden Remix) 10101 & Lump are other greats, but there are too many to name! I would love to know how to create that deep techy, melodic sound that gave James that instantly recognisable trademark sound. People are still playing his tracks now, of course. 'The Wheel' was played by Digweed on his quattro mix CD, and tale of us recently featured a couple of his tracks on their essential mix. I'm lucky to say I heard all of those great tracks live in a club at the time, and honestly - James is from another planet. Incredible talent. Timeless tracks!
Havent opened Ableton since 2017 but man this video sparked my interest in production again. Thank you! I was producing Trance back in the day but the mixes were never release worthy but was always interested in deeper styles. I feel like deep house got too mainstream and every single track had annoying vocals on them. But listening to Anjunadeep exclusively for the past couple of years really fits my taste. Use vocals sparingly. Good example of right amount of vocals is "Ruh - Clay"
Jesus christ, this was reaaaaally good, I never focused enough on these longer videos, but I did this time and I learned a lot, thank you Yalcin! I have a question for you, are instruments panned usually? Let's say I make anjunadeep stuff and stuff similar to CamelPhat, so arp, deep bass, background melody/arp and a pad. Do people usually pan these or just make them stereo? I know low bass is mono and I can experiment with stereo on the higher bass frequencies, but what about instruments? Thanks!
hi yalcin efe i am from Ethiopia and i really becoming enjoying ur tutorials they are really dope , what would be a great is if u can make some tutorial on vocal processing and hw piano house is done like mk ,joel corry ,just kidding specially thinking about you truck and i just started making music using Ableton a few month ago and even started making deep house music like a year and half a go using fl but i really finds it annoying and fully enjoying Ableton so pls do a tut on those mentioned one tnx and much appreciated.
Hey yalcin, if you’d like a challenge, I think you would love to do yung gud, or gud. He’s a Swedish producer and works alongside with sadboys and gravity boys. Very ambient, layered, and imo complex. Anyways, great video man!
Could you show us how to make an energetic track in the style of Goncalo M please? I love his percussion. "Hydrostatic Equilibrium" is a good example of what I mean by 'energetic' 👍
Hi Yalcin, excellent video as always! I've learnt a lot from this, brilliant. Please can you confirm one thing? So, you can utilise the room reverb by sending individual tracks to the room. Is this so that each of these sounds will all have the same reverb effect. Is this better than putting an individual reverb on each track? I suppose if you put different reverbs on different tracks , the reverb would be different for each one, and not all sound like they are in the same room?... I may have answered my own question there?... 😂😂
I think that the vocals probably are a result of processing the original track with Spleeter (Deezer's free AI) or one of the software that nowadays includes its technogy, Izotopes RX8 for example.
Love to watch your videos. Really inspiring to watch it, even though it may not be the regular genre you produce in. How do you draw this line for velocities at 07:05?
Hey Yalcin, great videos, thanks so much for the help. I have a question about using a gate after the verb. Is this something you cannot do with just the verb controls like decay? Is it because the decay is less gradual and more of a cut off with the gate?
Thank you so much for this! I am learning a lot from your videos. I have one question, how did you send the echo feedback effect to your pad? I am trying to figure that out.
Hi yalcin, i notice when i follow along my low end is not dee like yours. I have ableton 10 and krks but you are on yourube sounding better in that area. Any ideas or how to solve? Thank you jindly. I literally need help bad
