Hi doc so after I poop I feel sick like high fever and fatigue and sometimes i keep bleeding even after i wipe.. could this be something more than hemorrhoid??
I’m 20 and I’m in the military and I just felt it today I kinda switched up my diet this weekend and also have been sitting down the past weekend for along time but my external hemorrhoid is really messed up I don’t know how to push it back in and I got prep H suppositories but I don’t really know what to do
High doctor Sameer, I heard that having surgery to remove hemorrhoids is extremely painful. Is there a different type of procedure to remove hemorrhoids that's not as painful? I've had hemorrhoids for many years.
How about a temporary colostomy if, God forbid, a doctor tells his patient that he needs a hemorrhoidectomy? I know of many people who aren't going to get the surgery unless they can divert their stool temporarily until the wounds are healed and things like fissures or other complications can be shown to not have occurred. Bear in mind, these are older people who, knowing that hemorrhoids will continue to reoccur, want to choose that option.
I started having a high fibre breakfast every day and the bleeding stopped after 3 or 4 days and the swelling went down. Increase your fibre intake and drink lots of water. It helps. Also, don't sit on the toilet for more than 3 minutes. Come back a few minutes later of you have to, but don't sit on it for long because it only increases the swelling.
@@erickgunthernovesteras4947 It does "shrink" it a little, but it will never go away completely unless you have surgical intervention. You just have to manage it with a high fibre diet (to soften the stool), avoid constipation and straining when you poo; and see your doctor when it bleeds for too long or gets too painful.

@@amalbrsajan276eat high fiber 30 mg every day drink 4 5 litre water everyday ... try to lie down on bed every 3 4 hour and dont stay to much stand up or siting ... take that seriously belive me the surgery its like giving birth 😅 pain incredibly.

I had a flareup that was pretty awful for a couple of months. Kept it manageable with the usual ointments but then seemed to just be treating symptoms. Then I thought about the core issue...swelling. What do we use to reduce swelling? Ice! I sat on an ice pack every evening off and on for 20 or 30 minutes while at the computer before bed. This, along with just simple hydrocortisone creme and my star fish tightened right back into quite fine shape in about a week. The ice numbs the area, greatly slows the blood flow into the tissues and the pressure of body weight motivates the tissues to go back up where they belong. It's been over a month now with no pain, just a slight twinge every now and then like right before needing to do a BM, but that's it. No itching, no burning, just feeling fine. I'm increasing fiber intake as well...metamucil and bran buds....really helps a lot.
I know a young lady who had persistently painful hemorrhoids, before especially during pregnancy and after delivering. It was discovered to be cancer and malignant (colon cancer).

Hi doc! I have a history with hemorrhoids and recently felt irritation before using the restroom. When I wiped there was a smear of blood but only that. Think it may of bursted .I have not seen any more blood since. Also no pain. Should I see my doctor for this one occurrence or would it have to be frequent occasions?
I know I’m not perfect I have some habits I got used to,I got some problem of erectile dysfunction which made me so weak and confused but thank God that with the medication I got from Dr osaye I was cured just as he promised.
I just had an "open hemorrhoidectomy" for prolapsing internal hemorrhoids and surgery for "mucousal prolapse" on Thursday (09/23/21). I had to have surgery. Banding didn't work. I tried. It was painful and the bands fell off every time I'd get home from the procedure and have my next BM. I guess the prolapsing out caused them to fall off. Every day I had a BM I would have an inch of tissue that came out. I had to "push" all this tissue back inside every day, but over time, it got more painful. All this tissue blocked my anal canal so I had to push hard, which is exactly the opposite thing you want to do with hemorrhoids, and it would take me 20 - 30 minutes to "go". It was like trying to "shit thru a straw". So I had surgery four days ago at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Unfortunately, I was born with a birth defect called "imperforate anus" and my surgeon said it's causing me a lot of problems now and that I'm going to require multiple surgeries in the future as I still have more hemorrhoids inside. But the birth defect has left me with a very high inner sphincter and a very short anal canal, therefore the more tissue he removes, the greater the chance of having fecal incontinence so he only removed what was absolutely necessary. But he said "you'll be back for multiple surgeries in the future". As for pain, my surgeon used both a short acting and 50 ML's of a long acting local anestitic called "Exparil". That Exparel is nothing short of AMAZING. After my pain was controlled coming out of surgery, I felt absolutely NOTHING down there. It was completely numb for the first 48 - 72 hours. I could do everything those first two days. But on Saturday, the Exparel started to wear off and the pain started kicking in. It's not horrible pain, but I definitely won't be going to work on Monday. Drink lots of water and take Colace and Dulcolax. Keep your stools soft or even runny. It's much better than than trying to pass a large, bulky stool after this surgery. Trust me. It'll hurt like hell. Feel free to ask me any questions if you are considering this surgery.
@@dy5767, yes. Because of this birth defect, imperforate anus, my anal canal is extremely narrow. This has caused me to have to always push hard and be on the toilet for a long time. Taking 50 grams of fiber and drinking water has helped me a lot. It's been 7 weeks today since my surgery and it's WONDERFUL !!!! I feel soooooo much better its amazing. I'd go through it again tomorrow if I was in a similar position. The surgery was 100% worth it for me, and honestly, the pain was never too bad, and it was only a few days of it. After that, it was more of an inconvenience each day than painful. My surgeon did a GREAT job. I have ZERO complaints. Nothing but compliments to this doctor at Mayo.
@@Drewg351 i have severe constipation since my birth but never diagnosed or had a problem for many years but I constantly had this knee pains during my childhood than since some 8-10 years i was having severe sciatic nerve pain kind of thing pain passing from my sides of butt to my foot sole it use to be so severe that I barely could sleep for days but since 2yrs back i hve observed that its not sciatic nerve pain but pain i get becz i dint clear my stomach, becz all these years i have never observed that this pain gets wore when i eat food as a constipated pt not suppose to and when i say constipation its not just struggling for clearing my stomach in bathroom but its like I hardly use to go to potty for weeks and weeks😬, since childhood so its became quiet normtto me since i never had any symptoms or signs. But now i am barely 30+ and i started feeling severe shooting pain on random sites in my butt. Its became so worse that i started searching for reasons and than i linked all chains and found out all these years i was suffering with severe leg pains ( sleepless) becz of constipation . The title of this video basically answers my question! I have IBS and have had a recent bout of constipation which aggravated my hemorrhoids. I am very health conscious and eat very nutritiously, exercise and drink plenty of water. I had to strain the other day and am in agony. My gastroenterology appointment isn't for another 2 weeks and I don't know if I can endure till then. I don't have bleeding, but can't tell if it is a prolapse... I wish this can be healed soon. I have eliminated gluten, eat a low FODMAP diet, and get enough fiber. My breakfast was oatmeal with strawberries, my lunch was a soup of baby carrots, green beans, tomato, red bell pepper and a corn tortilla. No matter what I do my condition doesn't improve!

Hi doc, I just notice on my external himorroid there was a little pimpple, but it looks pink and red something, for me its not totally pimples. That small was part of external himorroid body. No pain, nothing... it that a little part of himmoroid? Thanks
I’m having fishy smell outside my body and especially when I wipe. Some slight pressure. Lots of strain to go to batheroom. The fishy smell is ENOURMOUS. I can’t leave the house help
#### I KNOW THE ANSWER #### I really hope this helps someone. There are a lot of videos giving false information about how to cure or treat hemorrhoids. The advice being given is incorrect. I know this because I have successfuly managed to treat my own very quickly following this dietary change. I really hope this helps someone. You need to eat Tubers and Root veg. Not 'FIBER' like all these videos keep saying because fiber is anything from wheat to Brocoli to oats to beans to wholegrain rice . Examples of What you should be eating : Sweet Potato, Yam, Cassava, Carrots, Beetroot, Parsnip etc.
I am a Christian and this started this morning very very painful, i am a Christian, i just took 2 table spoons of annointing oil, (oilve oil) and rubbed some on the painful area... Mins later i feel better. Gods is the healer.🙏
Actually you did nothing special. Vaseline will get you the same results. I use that method. It coats the skin/tissue of the anal opening and therefore clears up the pain and bleeding caused by hemorrhoids by providing a protective layer. Any none irratating oils will give you the same results. That's like praying for a headache to go away and then saying the prayer worked but fail to mention you took tylenol an hour ago also. Not trying to be mean, just stating a fact.

I first got a hemorrhoid back when I was on Peritoneal Dialysis, got Peritonitis and had to switch to Hemo Dialysis. You would think dialysis would not effect the butt but it was the Peritonitis that had an effect from the Peritoneum on the intestines and bowels. It went away pretty quick on its own but boy this Doctor is right about once you had them they will come back. 20 years later they came back and lasted for a year and got worse and I had to just get them banded today. Did not hurt but I guess women for some reason have less pain getting the banding than men do. I don't know why. Can you answer that doc?
I legit dont know if my issue is a hemorroids. I got this like blood blister, about the size of a half dollar coin, just on the edge but pointing inside, lower right cheek of my bottum. Its kinda tristating from inside, just below and then heading forward. I would just go to Dr. But I only have state insurence and its horrible, and i have no income atm.
My mom had hemorrhoids. She went to the doctor and they taped her butt hole wide open to cut them out. She said when the doctor came in he said, "Dont worry, the worst is behind you."😂 She told that story for years!!

Ya I only had internal and only noticed it when the one started blocking my hole. It was swollen. Just got the banding today. Did not hurt but I guess for women the banding does not hurt as much. I was able to get it without getting any pain meds. Did feel pressure. I felt I had to go poop right after and I thought what if that is just the normal feeling of the banding. Turns out I had to go poop because the passage was no longer blocked. So happy I got the banding.
How does it present? A friend complained about her anal area getting swollen each time she passes faeces and she tries to push it back inside while wiping her butt. Sometimes, it can be a little bit painful. Could this be hemorrhoids?

There’s no pain no bleeding it’s been 2 weeks but not going away I’m a driver so I sit for 9 hrs a day and I’m not very regular when it comes to bowel movements and I often strain what should I do?

Will pain,less hemmoroids painless. No blood some mucus clear up on their own. I have idiopathic construction. My Dr said diet is perdfect. I see a pimple if I spread butt checks. It’s on the side before opening to butt whole
What was not talked about and what I think I may have is a prolapsed hemorrhoid. My pain was high the first couple of days but now its not hurting. The roid is quite large and I can't push it back in. I have been using Prep H inside and Tucks pads on the out side it wont go away. No bleeding either. What do I do about a prolapsed one?
I noticed I had the external one when I was 17. It wasn’t giving troubles till I turned 29…. Mine used to be just a nuisance. Now it's getting to the point that it's affecting my everyday life. I keep excreting mucus from the area do to inflammation. It's time to get it cut out I believe.

year now, i keep farting frequently more than i used to. And i think i have cracks in my anus. If my particles of my faeces touches it, it will itch me there until i clean my anus..... What can i do?
