I got an 'OXO Good Grips Soft Handled Tin Opener' about a year ago and it's been the best opener I've ever had. Always cheaped out before and regretted it every time!
I sear my meat - sausages, oxtails, ribs, whatever - in the air fryer. Ten minutes on maximum gets it evenly brown all over, and no need to turn it so you can get on with other prep while it's browning. Definitely going to try the sausage casserole, but with a packet of Christmas stuffing as it's now 16th December.
Hi vicky i would recommend getting a kenwood electric tin opener ive had mine 15years it works great and still works the same today as when i bought it. Argos sells them not sure if amazon does... hope this helps 😊
Hello and thank you for slow cooker recipes! Will try the sausage one I think. My beef lasagna recipe has layers of beef/spaghetti sauce/squash alternating with cheesy layers. It is delicious, a family favorite!♥️
Wow thanks for these they look so delicious, we must try that Lasagne, have a lovely Christmas. This time last year we were making your lovely chocolate bar gifts for the grandkids x
Hi Vicki, another great slow cooker video. By popular request, our Christmas dinner is going to be sausage casserole with all the Christmas vegetable accompaniments.! Have a lovely Christmas and New year, with love to all.xxxx
Thanks for the video, Vicki. I am new for slow cooker, it is hit or sort of miss yet - so will learn. Where do you live now - is it UK? I am in Canada.
As usual, you’ve done a great job with those meals. I will be trying the lasagna for sure. I had a good laugh at the idea of the fallen chicken being eaten by the dog. It would have been interesting to see how you salvage that had it happened! 😂
I love this sort of cooking. So easy to put together and forget about it. I precook the sausage in air fryer to brown, gets a more even colour. Do you do it with chicken.
Superb recipes and demonstration 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🎄 Victoria- for years I have used JML hands free automatic tin opener. If anyone asks,I strongly recommend this one. Some batteries and away to go. I find the batteries last a long while as well. There’s many brands out there but I use and suggest the jml hands free one.not the culinaire, the one that fits nicely in your hand. There’s price ranges from Amazon, around twenty quid, argosy fifteen pounds and jml direct at twenty pounds as well. I’m a bit dubious about Argos selling them at a huge fiver less. The last one I got was from Iceland by the tills in their jml range. It’s great. X
