Great video! And thank you for posting. I'm having an issue with my DTF prints that maybe you could help me clear it. The WHITE base ink doesn't seem to cover the BLACK ink if I used all CYMK values. But when if use only a K value of 100, the WHITE covers it completely, but the BLACK looks faded as an outcome.

Hi sir I have L1800 printer , I am facing some problem , please require your help 1) I do prin every day , but say if I have given print on Monday and Tuesday i come and start print job the white color disappear I don't understand giving print every day then also white color is disappearing So once i give head clean then again white color appear So do we need to give head clean every day 2) Say example I have png file in that there is dark brown But when I print till the time white is not mix it is dark brown But once final printout come out the dark brown become more dark and then appear like black Similar little blue turn out in final print out to dark blue So all shade are becoming more dark Please help I am really confuse
The fact that you are trying to produce greys and greyscale in CMYK via photoshop means you have no idea what you are doing. You should be designing in RGB every single time and letting the RIP make the final conversion through the ICC profile. CMYK Values in Photoshop are irrelevant. This is bad information.
