The type of pan one uses is also an important factor to making your chapos turn out great. I highly recommend the type of pan you are using. Wueh. I think mine is now down to the chef. Hizi soft layer zimenikataa. I've tried multiple times, mpaka using ghee. Hata nikachange from Ajab to EXE. I've used cold water, warm water and even hot water. Every damn time the chapos come out hard. Zinaiva poa lakini ni kama biscuits. I am almost giving up now😅
