3 Small Shifts to Align Your Teaching to the Science of Reading 

Hey Allison, great PD! I'm finishing up my 11th year of teaching. Our district is mandating every reading teacher take the LETRS Training. I think it's really fascinating. I also enjoyed the video on how to become a reading specialist. I'm bonding if a reading endorsement is the same thing.

Yes, Virginia has passed laws that are requiring us to align our course content to the science of reading. I am trying to figure out how to do this for health and physical education.
