ngl your second point was a very good one. I have been training MMA for a few years and it has completely changed the kind of man I am when it comes to pressure situations. Its like you said - if I need to perform in a high stress situation or have a difficult conversation with a manager I no longer fear/dread these situations
@@mango-strawberry oh its just gotta be one of those fears that you overcome with practice, cuz youll also encounter more and more fears/hard times as you get older and you have to be ready to face these challenges
💡Soft skills are equally important, just as hard skills. So many developers look down upon soft skills as if they are hermits, lone wolves or something. Most of the company development work happens in team settings.
