It's only a 255 step process and I'm sure every 85 year old can do this even without a computer or an Android is there a process for beating drums or smoke signals or maybe a string and can if you ever want to screw up an airline this is a perfect way to do it and if you do not want any Tourist in Your Country you're doing a great job
This guide may not avail you of express lane pero sure na may barcode & qr code ka para makasay sa eroplano. Yung iba po na sa step 2 pa lang nay qr code na agad, okay na okay din yun. I think for all travelers the most important thing is makauwi and even if may konting manual verification of documents upon arrival okay lang bsta again..makauwi lang! Diba guys? Kaya BOQ please balik niyo nalang yung old One Health Pass. 🙏 Let’s reach out to embassies so they can connect this issue to DOH-BOQ. 🙏🙏
Hello My fiancé leaves on May 5th Atlanta 4:02pm then to LAX then from Lax 10:25pm to Manila arrive at May 7 4:20am. So when should he register for OHP? Confusing kasi. Thank you in advance

The purpose of updating the system is to simplify the process for convenience. But in the Philippines it's opposite. The update is to make it harder and more complicated creating more stress.

@@lhyn2986 swab test with negative test result is still required even if you’re vaccinated. But at least there’s no more quarantine for vaccinated & negative covid test result. Those that are unvaccinated the more they need a negative covid test result but will be quarantine when you reach Philippines. That’s how I understood it.

Hi, kararating q lng ng pH from the UK, we registered onehealthpass 9 hours before our flight kc same day dn ung rt pcr test nmin si hinintay nmin muna ang result, pag register po verify lng po uli ung barcode pra mkuha ung qr code, pagdating sa pinas tatanungin ka kung qr or bar code hawak mo, samin po kc qr code sa express lane npo kmi.
Holy shit! Just in time kasi nalilito at kinakabahn na din ako, I’m also flying from UK, T2 Heathrow, flight on May 6 arriving on May 7 … ganyan nalang din ang gagawin ko, 6am sa T2 for Antigen Test before checking in or bag drop. Salamat po sa pag share

The possible problem that I predicted with this new process was mentioned at 24:15 of this video. BOQ should make all airlines aware and all airlines should make all their check-in employees understand that having a 2nd Barcode "only" is acceptable to board and enter the country, and the QR Code is only a requirement to qualify a passenger for the express lane.
This is a very good observation, but still remains to be seen. BOQ should propmtly do their share of establishing an absolute clarity to all airlines about the 2nd Barcode Validity. Kudos AbboJectPro

Thank you again for explaining this messy system. What I'm worried about is not being able to board the plane, due to the check in desk asking for the QR code. I have a feeling communication is all over the place, therefore they won't accept the barcode. And there's nothing I can do, because I'm still waiting for the QR code. I don't care about the manual process once I'm actually in the Philippines. The main problem is the fear of not being able to board the plane to get there, because of the missing QR code.
I am worried like you, everywhere in the world the QR code is accepted as proof that you meet the criteria, I wonder whether the check in desk will just accept the registration code. Apparently the bar code is only saying you can use express lane, without it you have to show your documents. But will the check in desks accept it!
There must be a very dark entity behind, I guess or intuitively feel. That's why it is creating fear for us. I got already denied boarding in February 2022 because of overnight changes regarding unvaccinated allowed for Cebu, then this was queried by higher authority, and no one can be held responsible, all landing on our innocent shoulders. There are very bad, corrupt people around, who can play bad undetected. Bad situations on our planet. But it's true!!! Cruelty alive, because they have the chance to behave like that.
I certainly hope they get this situation straightened out by at least the 12th because I'm flying out on the 13th very worried I'm not going to be able to board because of these changes which are completely unnecessary
Thanks for taking the time to explain and clear the messy OHP. Anyway since the Antigen test or the RT PCR t should be done within 24 hours or 48 hours before departure date , is it OK to start the registration process not exactly 24 hours before departure date and time ? Can it be done past the 24 hours before departure meaning less than 24 hours prior ?flights to MNL from LAX via PR is at 1030 pm so , the earliest we can have the RT PCR is the day before the flight and the results will be normally the date of the flight which is less than 24 hours and it goes the same if we use Antigen test . Example .LAX to MNL 5/11 PR at 1030 pm. RT PCR will be done 5/10 at 9 am since there’s no testing at 5/9 at 1030 pm . If we get lucky the results is out 5/11 at around 10 am which is less than 24 hours prior to departure , is it still OK to register ? same thing with Antigen since the earlier we can do it the same day of departure 5/11 to satisfy the 24 hours antigen test . Please let us know .

My wife and I just returned from the Philippines and I couldn’t agree more. If it was actually designed to serve a purpose I wouldn’t mind, but it’s just a mess.
My niece just came from Singapore for a visit. Upon arriving at Naia ang daming checkpoint. Napaka redundant ng procedures. Tatlong beses hinanap ng mga coastguard ang boarding pass. Para lang cguro masabing may ginagawa sila. PAL terminal was less crowded however terminals 1&3 sobrang haba ng pila. Dapat pag naka register ka na smooth sailing na dapat tulad ng sa Singapore.
My Dad was denied boarding in Glasgow International Airport for his flight to Manila via Dubai. Emirates airport staff claim they were not aware that the OneHealthPass was updated recently to accept either barcode or QR code. He has been rebooked to fly today 4th May 2022. Emirates staff called Bureau of Quarantine in Manila to confirm guidelines - which was difficult at the time May 3, because Public Holiday in the Philippines (Eid). We also suggested that they (BOQ) should update guidelines online i.e. such as IATF website etc. so people have evidence incase they are questioned.
That's awful , sorry to hear that, i am tired of hearing them ,changing in every minute. Sooo i decided NOT to travel to Philippines, they are annoying and ridiculous
For travelers from the US. I was able to register on May 3 afternoon (past midnight already May 4 in PH) and put May 5 as my actual arrival date without getting the Register later error. I guess the website is PH time. So no need to put the Departure Date if you register 24 hrs from PH time.
Jennifer, are you sure it is correct to use your departure date as the arrival day? I thought the departure date feeds through to somewhere else on the form?
Since this is so much complicated and it takes time to fill out lalo na kung multiple person, My question Could we register ahead of time and upload later when we had the negative results. It will be less stressful.
May passport,vaccine card,birth certificate, proof of nationality,bakit kailangan pa OHP,kumikita ba Ang nagplano Niyan too much exposed of personal information.
Sana sa Airport may place sa mga travelers na duon sila pupunta para ipa check ang kanilang mga OneHealth Pass if tama ba or mali para maayos kaagad.lalo na sa mga seniors hirap sa pag fill up ..kasi para medyo mahirap ng konti for seniors thanks Jen for your vlog
The question here is prior to your departure from country of origin "what if you didn't get your QRCode will you still be able or the airlines let you get on board with bar code only?".
It’s obvious the person that created this OHP has no clue what they’re doing. This affect hundreds of thousands and most of the travelers has to lie on the first question to complete a now bogus application. Totally unprofessional.

Hi Jennifer Thabk you for always providing updates. Yeah, they make the OHP more complicated that isn’t. Most of us here in US our flights leaves at night time. With the 24hrs of COVID test requirements by BOQ it’s challenging in itself already cause no one will administer or as Laboratories that will open later than 7:00pm. In my case our flight is at 8:20pm so to meet requirements of BOQ have to wait the day of flight to get the test. Then here comes the requirements of Registering on OHP 24hrs prior the departure/arrival (I’m confused at this point) regardless for us that has a night time flights test has to be done the day of departure cause we wouldn’t have the test results prior to anything. I wish Philippine govt will not implement timeline. Perhaps the important thing is once the passenger gets negative results then register in OHP to lessen stress

Madali lng din po pala ang bagong OHP need lng mag register ng maaga para bago mag check in nakakuha na ng QR CODE at less hassle sa airport :) pero yun nga po, complicated nga sa mga may lay over na flights. Salamat po palagi sa guide niyo ate Jennifer! Basta pagkakuha ng results ng RT-PCR or Antigen mag register agad agad para the next day na receive mo na sa email mo ang QR CODE.

I will be traveling to the Philippines on May 19 2022 and have recovered from covid. I understand that you can still be tested positive for more than 90 days. I am unvaccinated and I am wondering if doing the facility quarantine would be logical as I will continue to be tested positive and negative result may not be feasible at that time due to the remnants of the virus still in my system. Grateful for your clarification on this matter before I proceed in my hotel reservation which is non refundable.

Hello jen! Naka register na ang kapatid ko at nakuha namin agad ang QR code. Pagka received namin ng second bar code niya, clinick ko agad yung link sa baba at 2 seconds lang nag show up na ang QR code. So I suggest po mga kabayan na huwag nang mag hintay ng 2 hours para e-click yung link or mag hintay na i-send sa email. Subukan niyo po munang e-click agad ang link sa baba ng second bar code just to check baka nandiyan na agad kasi ganun po nangyari sa amin kanina (European time po) Praying po sainyong lahat!
